Took a bit to figure it out. Only downside is no offline mode. Loving it!

I've been using GQueues for a couple years now. I just got billed for my annual resubscription. Thought I'd take a minute to update this review. GQueues is the best app I've ever downloaded from the Play Store, period. I have come to rely it to organize pretty much everything I do - not just online, but in life generally. I also use Google Tasks and Google Keep, but only for marginal purposes. GQueues pretty much covers all the bases. The integration with Google Calender is flawless. Give it a try if you want a way organize tasks and notes. It's really a great app, and totally worth the minimal cost.

Finally, an app that understands the connection between tasks, emails and calendar and that we need that on both desktop and mobile. Something that neither Outlook nor GSuite have managed to achieve on their own in all these years. Workflow in mobile especially could still do with improvement but still easily the most well integrated solution I've tried. Worth getting the paid version. Made a product suggestion and within a few months it was there in the product.

Excellent integration with Google calendar. You can choose to have an item exist without a deadline or have a date/time that shows up as a Google appointment. I'd give a 5 star rating if they changed their phone app: you should be able to make task items into appointments using a 12-option customizable template (in just 1-2 clicks, like Business Calendar). For shortcuts it'd be great to reorder items with a long press+drag on the item & a quick tap to edit, no silly steps in between. Edit: fixed.

This has been literally life-changing for me. Because of the recurring task system specifically, my house is a lot cleaner and I am able to actually schedule in self care. The tag system is amazing for exactly why you think it might be. The folder system, the exceptional app accessibility, zero loading time to pull up, cross device sync, just everything is so amazing. 12/10, have been recommending to anyone who will listen, couldn't improve it if I tried, definitely worth the upgrade as well <3

Not a 5 Android app yet. Little use of drag and drop, pokey interface (having to click through everything), cannot manage even simple batch tasks such as tagging or moving, No use of drag left/right to assist, cannot duplicate tasks, interface is odd with inability to assign to any queue and other similar non-intuitive menus/actions, limited options for managing tasks, cannot create mutiple task via paste etc, and actually many more. App has great potential but it is, at this point, not there.

Ok I'm pretty computer literate and this would not consistently sync across 2 computers and an android smart phone. I put in a tech service request and it was read 2 days later (according to the read receipt). It's been 3 days since it was read and stil no reply. I've uninstalled, re-installed twice. It gave consistent error messages when trying to import from Google Tasks. It would look like it was importing, and do a partial import, but lots of tasks missing. If you try to pull up the attached email on a task, you can look at it but not truly open it and respond to the email again without going back into your email and manually finding it, pulling it up and responding. Not impressed. I really really want to be but I can't use something that doesn't sync.

I have used GQueues {paid subscription) for years, across all my devices, because IMO it's hands down the best task management System available on the market. I have used abs tested many similar apps, but I love the logic, exceptional training / best suggestions usage methods, cross platform integration, muti device synced access, and overall great user experience. I highly recommend GQueues to anyone overwhelmed with personal / work tasks & todos.
