This app is buggy although I did manage to get the filter connected to Wi-Fi quite easily (try turning off 5g on your router to force device to connect on 2.4g). "Rate the app" button suggests sending an email but doesn't add the send address. Fan speed appears to be incorrect, says speed 1 but I can't feel any air flow. I have a red circle for VOCs (aqi 70) but filter says air quality is excellent and often the fan is at 0.

Cannot connect with the same account to the purifier from another phone/device, the already setup purifier only appears on the device where it's setup contrary to the description. The already setup device only appears on the device where it was setup. Scheduler takes a while to become functional. Updating the purifier name doesn't apply until the app is restarted. The app is very buggy, broken, and last update is from over 6mths ago...It stopped working (offline) with Google Home a few days ago

The device I bought had a QR-code for this app on the box. Its a 3 in 1 eclipse tower heater/fan. But this device is not supported in this app. I can add the device if I pretend its a different device, but not all functions work. I was pretty dissappointed with the app. It kinda works to turn it off and on. Great.. ? Then, I was even more dissappointed when my air filter got saturated and the filters have been out of stock for literal months. I had to go to Amazon, probably getting fake ones..

Like other Rowenta customers and users of this app, I too encountered an issue while trying to add the device. The app ignores region setting of the phone and decides what models you can add based on the language setting of the phone. Which is stupid and doesn't make sense. So if you're like me and don't want to / can't use the local language in your phone, you can say goodbye to remotely control your new expensive air purifier because I doubt you will want to change your phone's language.

One of the worst apps I've had the displeasure of using in over 14 years of using Android. App randomly gives me a sync error and does not allow me to even open it. Deleting data and cache does nothing other than make me log in and re-add the Air purifier (one of the 2 model shown, neither of them being the one I own) for the 20th time as it does not seem to keep even a minimum amount of data on the cloud account. The purifier is a decent product, but clearly no money spared on the app

EDIT: Since they're reply, we wrote them twice now. No reply, no acknowledgement whatsoever. The service is even worse than the appliance. AVOID. Air's Wi-Fi now suddenly is requesting a password. Not allowed I'm without it. Wi-Fi's product is locked. Not reset possible. Tried to reset it 3 times already, unplugged the unit for several hours after, and nothing. How is it possible for Pure Air's Wi-Fi got locked with a password? Lost the unit and no control over the app. How is it possible?

Purchased the same device as Ramonster163 also the same problem. Phone was already in Engish (Netherlands). I have a Samsung Galaxy S10+. Still stuck at the associate my purifier and going to a screen with only the button finish. Finally it worked. Changed phone to dutch and you HAVE to restart the phone. Without it it wont work. After you did the setup for the device you can change it back to english and restart the phone and it will still work. To bad you have to do these steps.

With LG V30 smartphone running on android 9 I can't connect the purifier to my Internet at home. Like other users already stated I just get to the point where you could choose your device. But I don't see any, just a blank screen with a finish button that is not working. On two other smartphones, Samsung Galaxy S8 running on android 9 and a Sony Xperia Z5p running on Android 7 I can associate the purifier. Until the very last step is failing again and again. Which is connecting to the cloud.
