Never have I used such awful application, configured the first mesh, and won't let me change the SSID. Had to cancel out of this, and then login. Added the second mesh, and this now keep disconnecting every few minutes & can't configure things with out constantly saying "time out". Return this if you can, not worth the money.

Update: CRASHES. Meh .. still doesn't auto update. Check on the screen time and it might say last updated a long, long time ago. Not only does it not automatically update there is no way to force an update. Compared the last version the visual appeal is better. On the other hand, having a home screen that prompts me for a subscription is bloody annoying. It is hard to figure out how to set different screen times different bedtimes on different days, and much of the interface is not intuitive.

It's been okay, but when I need customer support, I have to wait a long time for a response. Gryphon just totally crashed. When I try to open the app on my phone, or my husband's phone or any phone, the screen goes black and freezes. Yes, I tried resetting the phones and uninstalling the app, but nothing helps.

The app is so klunky nothing reports accurately. Ever since the FW update the app no longer updates data on the app and I no longer have control of my settings, nor any control of my users. Now after the recent update the app crashed now. Already tried to clear the cache, uninstall an reinstall and it still crashes.....

The Gryphon Android App is crashing on start up. I am now blocked because I can't enable my network. Please rollback the app or fix forward immediately. Also, please provide a work around via web for when the app is not working.

I have a new gryphon router, and I can't seem to get it set up. I downloaded the app (according to the directions) but the app won't even open. I can't seem to get any answers on the live chat. Anyone have any ideas how to get this started?

This app is buggy and unreliable. Far too expensive for what it is. It wouldn't be worth it at a free level. The ineptitude of this app is enough to make me switch routers.

By far the most dysfunctional app on my phone. Consider I paid a good premium for that router, the least you could expect is a decently functional app to go with it. Update nov 24. After years of suffering through synch issues, the answer the devs of the app have provided is that now only one person can be logged on at a time, meaning we constantly have to re sign in on our phones just for basic operation of the router. I thought it couldn't get worse
