The feature to build my own playslip is still totally worthless. While the QR code is now smaller, it's in the middle of the phone where the vending machines still can't read it. I don't like that I'm limited to being able to see only the last 10 draws of each game. And I haven't been able to enter a second chance drawing since you changed the app. I guess I shouldn't complain, I got so frustrated with this app that I stopped playing the lottery, so I'm saving money now!

When I win ...sometimes the app doesn't acknowledge that i won . I don't know how many times that has happened. I caught one on this last draw with "Quick Draw". I got four numbers and one of the numbers I got with EZ match said I won $250 but when I scanned my ticket it said I only got $2. So I don't I guess I don't trust the scanner on this anymore

Used it for so over a year and now it won't work on my phone, but works on my boyfriend's? We have the exact same type of phone....I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've even turned my phone off and on to be sure. If they won't fix it, I'll stop buying lottery tickets. So an update in Jan 2020. They've improved the app to be user friendly. However the scanner still sucks. I can close it out and ho back in and I can not scan my tickets. It will wait and wait until it times outs.

I use the app to check my tickets. The app is slow and stubborn, but it's better than standing at the slow and stubborn scanner at the gas station. Trying to sign up for second chance drawings was nearly impossible. And why are there pop up ads for lottery tickets in the app? It would be different if you could click on them and buy. But no, just pointless pop ups.

I kinda like it & I kinda don't. It freezes up when scanning tickets, and you used to be able to look at scratch-off in detail. You can't do that anymore. And since they've changed the format, you now hafta search the entire gamut to see the availability of grand prizes for scratch-offs. I like the way they had it before. Oh yeah, it would be great if one could check scratch-offs at any time, since they're different from drawn games.

I thought this app. promised more than it delivers. Tried scanning feature, but NO tickets recognised on Second Chance. Entry is slow process. Links do not work especially Dashboard, Entries, etc. Using Samsung 8 Edge. Same results on unlimitwd data, as well as WiFi. Registration would not go through, customer support did not answer, confirmation never sent to Inbox or Spam. Cannot even log out of app. Looks snazzy, but a real dog.

I've installed, Uninstalled, made a new account, heck I have even cleared my cache and restated my phone. No matter what I do, it refuses to tell me if I've won on a lottery ticket that I've scanned. I thought maybe they were just losing tickets, so I left it alone. Then I got a winning card and decided to check its validity. Nope!!! Just another error message. Definitely a terrible app, because they have to have more than enough money to purchase an app with a better algorithm.

I love the new, cleaner interface and scanner works more consistently. However, features from the old app appear to be missing now; All bets for a slip have to be the same amount and type? Who thought that this made any sense from user feedback? The paper slips have ALWAYS allowed you to make different wagers, types and amounts???? BRING this capability back if you want those who have used the mobile app to have a level of control and convenience we did from OLD app!
