Everything seems to work now! It's a good software, but there's two annoying things 1. Your not able to import characters which is very annoying 2. You can't import compendium files above 5mbs? Considering you are able to export files above 5mbs, it's really odd why this restriction is in place If you're just using Phoenix as a character creator, you'll be fine, but if you have to import/export large amounts of things, you might wanna look somewhere else.

This app hasn't successfully launched even a single time. I log in, it loads resources and then crashes. Always. Without fail. Reinstalled a few times without success.

Downloaded to use as a PF1E character sheet app but right after selecting PF1E as my game system, it crashes while loading the compendium. Cleared cache and data, no change. Please fix!

I have been trying to cancel for a year and still got billed for something I haven't used in a year! Update: while I was using this for the two D&D sessions I had [DM was very toxic and controlling of everyone's character] this was a great product. Some finally reached out and helped me cancel my sub to this. Customer service: 10/10
