Total garbage. Yesterday it was fine. Did what I needed. Today I can't log in, I'm constantly prompted to create a pass key then told it cannot create a pass key. If I skip the pass key step I'm told it cannot access my information and I should call the number on my card. This update stinks. Give me back the old version.

Finally what an improvement! It only took them a decade but they finally made this app usable. I hope next steps is to auto pay using Credit Cards for long time customers. Hope you guys keep pushing! Lots of features and improvements still needed! But overall great!

This app is hot trash since it updated to the "new and improved version". All it does is link through whatever your main browser is. Then when you try and log in it tells you to call customer service on the back of your ID card. This app is a steamer.

App updated and refuses to let me log in! I tried resetting my password to no avail. Says I need to call the number on my member card (and probably wait on hold for heaven knows how long). Guess I just won't use the app. Probably need to go in and request paper copies of everything again then.

Horrible log in experience. 2step verification every time. I shouldn't have to check emails to sign in . Slow, unnecessary and I didn't asked for it. So I will be uninstalling the app. It's a headache.

Review from an UX designer. The good: clean design, easy to see expenses, claims and coverage. Things to improve: make provider finder keep track of your search results, it's annoying to type your search criteria every time you're going through a list of providers. Add an option to bookmark your providers, so you can quickly look them up next time you open the app. Pro-actively reach providers to keep the database up to date. Make "directions" option jump to a native app for navigation.

New updates make this app looks way to complicated. Don't like the way of log in, now I have to log in with password and email code each time I enter the app. Return old version pls!!!!

Won't let you open the live chat feature. You can't access your entire plan benefits. Is useful to check on your deductible. Still have to call and queue up for a representative to talk about plan details
