Such a bad system. One time, the doctor charged me PKR500 more than what was on the app because the charges that were being displayed on the app were outdated. Another time, I booked an appointment and got the confirmation, but when I reached the clinic, I found that the doctor doesn't work here. I called the helpline of the app and they said that our data is not showing your appointment, although I received their appointment confirmation through text message, as well as inside the app.

Hey there! So, let's talk about the positives first. This product's discounted price is a steal! Seriously, I couldn't find a better deal anywhere else. Now, on the flip side, the medicine inventory could use some improvement. They were running low on a few things when I placed my order, and that was a bit disappointing. But let's not even get started on the delivery time. They promised 24 to 38 hours, but I ended up waiting over 100 hours. That's like forever, man!

Worst app ever. This was my first and last order on this app. They claim to deliver in 48 hours but deliver in 6 days or more. Stock keeping is really bad. First I checked out with all my items and after few hours they removed 1 of the item by saying no stock available. What kinda joke is that? Your delivery guy doesn't even pick calls and come after days to deliver. A patient might get in trouble because of your sick service. I'd recommend not to order from here.

Not at all recommended. They show 10%off on products on their app. I ordered it but they didn't give the discount on checkout and charged the full amount. When i called their help center the operator said that they are not giving any discount and their website is displaying the contrary. Will not purchase anything from them again.

Their deliveries are very late.. Also their staff is not cooperative. They didn't have any commitment for delivery. Totally disappointed. I ordered 3 times from them and every time they don't follow their commitment and now I ordered from 3 days and they didn't even share invoice with me. Never order from there again. Dawaii or tabiyat.pk are far far better then them.

Such a pathetic and insane service they show up medicine available after placing your order and even paying them the payment they say that these particular medicines aren't available 🙄 and when u ask for refund they literally return u like rulaa kay I was keep on asking their customer service and waited for whole month for my refund and the end just recieve 70% of my amount! literally stupid don't just don't order from them!

I was charged for medicines and have not received my full order. Been trying to call the helpline. The one from the app was incorrect and no reply from Whatsapp messages. I made payment from JazzCash for almost Rs. 4000 and delivered only one medicine! Nice way to do business!

The application is fake and the help line receiver is also fake... I have had an appointment and got there on time, but the location is wrong as well, they are located in chugtai lab and the appointment made on the app is not valid, they said the doc's PA will do firat come first serve Wasted my time and my day! The doc has to take some action with this fakeness! Totally disrespectful!
