App is not what is advertised. I have a job to be completed in a country town. The app gives me trades on the otherside of the state 100's of km away. The "sort" button needs to have "closest to you" option. Even though the trade location says it's my town.. it isn't!! .. I had to open each trade page and click through the links to find where they were located.

Freezes 80% of the time Messages struggle to load most of the time. Have to close and reopen the app. Works 1/15 times. For $100 a month I'd hope for a good working application. But this application is getting worse and worse for bugs. I'm struggling to even accept job leads. Getting closer to having to cancel which I'd rather not do. But if i can't even access the app what's the point of spending so much money.

The trades I engaged to renovate my house through hipages were the worst, although I have picked most rated. Many of them they don't have enough experience to perform the work. In addition, you can't see any negative review because they are not posted. Therefore, you can't tell what people went through.
