The 5 star is for their technical support! I have 2 RAS30 and 1 RAS20 aircon units. The RAS20 unit went off line and I was unable to reconnect the WiFi module back to the APP. Make a long story short: You need to shut of the RAS20 AC power (hard reset) and then add the WiFi module. The APP will then be able to find the WiFi module. 5 stars is for Hitachi's tech support via email & phone call to debug this issue!!! :-) Once installed, I use Home Assistant for automation.

After updating app crashes after logging in. Tried in 3 different devices, all wont allow login. Also please make app available on international play stores. will make it a lot easier for non taiwanese ppl to install and update.

This app can not be integrated on Google assistant and Chinese is the only one language able to use it.

強烈建議app重新找開發廠商。 1.8 更新後Pixel 4a閃退另外，重新找app開發廠商沒？ 1.10的版本一樣開不起來 1.11更新的版本，app終於開的起來，但進去後提示我三台冷氣“更新等待的數分鐘”花了超過一個小時，更慘的是更新後三台只有一台恢復正常連線，其餘兩台網路離線中… 最後好奇問下，負責App業務的單位主管臉不會紅麽？ 1.15已又更新最新版，打開app顯示部分連線僅有一台能正常控制，偶有一次全部連線但無法操作。依舊有問題，請問我有六台這鬼東西是要退貨還是繼續當白老鼠？ 1.20 從.600更新至.900版本後昨天更新完正常，今天測試並不會每次進去連線都是正常，還是會有部分連線情況，切換其他視窗再回去又變正常… 持續改善的態度給予肯定，但這麼爛的app跟貴公司壓縮機一樣非常稀少 ----20240611 分隔線---- 終於看到更新，介面跟流暢度改善不少
