Does not connect to brand new Altai 1 Pro 750 ordered from an authorized reseller. The speed is limited and it can be changed in the app, which does not connect! How do I connect this to Bluetooth before I return it as defective?

The app will not find my device to add it to the list of devices even though music is actively playing through the speakers. The Bluetooth on my phone works just fine and my phone is paired with the scooter but it won't show up on the diagnostic app. Hover-1 alpha from amazon

Really like the scooter but this app simply does NOT work. Bluetooth is great but I would like to be able to utilize the scooter's full functionality.

Website says it's only compatible with Ranger+ hoverboard, Boss, Helios, and Night Owl scooters. A lot of people wasted their time because this isn't stated anywhere other than the website, and people are going straight to the app like me.

Everything is good. One thing need to update like connect the speaker bluetooth to scooter. Like can use ninebot engine speaker. Its really help, and also update more speed increased. Im using my night owl scooter.
