It's a lousy app. It gets disconnected from my Wi-Fi and this does not happen with any other app in my device. The videos cannot be fast-forwarded or rewound with precision. The ads are poorly timed; they may start in the middle of a song, as it happens often while playing Indian Idol. But perhaps ads are the only things in this app that function smoothly. When installed on Amazon Fire Stick, it sometimes forces the device to restart!

Worst experience... The app's content keeps crashing all the time. When I watch an episode of any show suddenly video stops and start from beginning, sometimes show 3 ads in a loop, like when the 3 ads set once just finished it shows the program content for 2 seconds and then again the 3 ads. Then again and again it goes in loop unless and until I close the app. It's a very bad experience, requesting to fix this ASAP.

OTTplay started as a promising platform, but it has become quite frustrating for paying users. Introducing advertisements during playback for paid subscriptions is unacceptable. The whole point of subscribing is to enjoy an ad-free experience, and this feels like a breach of trust. Additionally, the platform’s design is cumbersome. Searching for content across different platforms is a tedious and chaotic process.

Updating after 2 months of usage: Pathetic app for Android mobile, however it works fine on TV. I use SonyLiv, but neither it goes automatically to next episode nor it allow you to do so, next episode option never works. In spite you have to go to episode list and manually select the next episode everytime, there also it will not maintain the season, so you need to remember episode number. Further, episode sorting etc. is also not working. You can't play same episode on two screens. Bugs & Bugs

This is like a worst app i have ever seen. I paid for the subscription but I'm still getting bombarded with ads. After every 5mins of showing you get a 30 sec ad. Imagine the frustration. You paid for a service and instead you get bombarded with ads rather than a smooth experience

Disappointing Experience - Avoid Subscription* I'm extremely dissatisfied with this app. Despite subscribing to the 6-month plan, I've encountered numerous technical issues. The content frequently fails to play, displaying only a blank screen. Lot of times app not working, unfortunately it is working then it shows blank screen. As a customer, I strongly advise others, don't buy any plan and don't waste your money on this app's subscription. The constant errors make it unusable. *Rating: 0/5*

Newly released Titles can't be found. Even if we found them, that content can't be played. The app is slow and always hangs. The worst part is customer support. Generally we can't reach them, even if we connect to them, they won't help us.

The app is barely functional and can't watch almost half of the content, subscribed to this for half an year after trying tata binge, realized that binge is a far better alternative. Can't even watch live sports and movies that I've anticipated for and that's just frustrating. Don't understand why this app has overwhelmingly positive reviews, probably bots.
