The App works fine. You have to connect to the app via the WiFi selection. After it has connected, stay in the WiFi selection menu, because it hasn't really connected yet. Click on the app in the WiFi selection a second time and confirm that you want to stay connected to it. Then when you return to the app you will be able to use the functions of the microscope camera.

This app seems to have a bug. I just bought a USB-wired version of Dlscope and followed the instruction as directed, but the app didn't open the USB interface, rather it opens the list of wireless versions and asking me to choose from the list and connect wirelessly. This is a big flaw that needs to be rectified ASAP, otherwise the USB-wired version becomes useless on Android and certainly not as advertised.

The app in the store is outdated, the manufacturer indicated in its manual to install the app via the link using browser instead of the store. This is the only way I was able to make it work, but you will risk not having the protection that the store has. The developer has so far published v1.01.00 in the store but the QR link in the manual takes you to a v1.10.074 software.

Microscope we bought isn't even an option. There's a picture of one that looks exactly like it, except there's a cord. But it says it doesn't exist. Even downloaded it using the link on the paper that came with the microscope saying it had to be done that way rather than normal website for the one I bought. Tried the normal way too. Very disappointed and a little sketchy.

Hello, sorry, I bought a digital microscope that connects to the phone through a USB interface and an OTG converter. I downloaded the software through the barcode on the top of the box, but the software is not according to the rules, and no matter what I did, I could not find an option called USB.

Installed correct app. Model numbers within app do not match HX-012 model number on label on the box. Tried all 8 devices found in the app, nothing connected. Tried the driver CD, but that is not for Android phone. Manually entered the website from URL printed on the HX-012 manual, that URL wants me to use the Android phone browser, and doing that leads me to simplified Chinese website which does not show digital microscope. NB: I installed MScopes app, that app works very good with my HX-012.

This new update has missed the microscope the I have. I thought that an update is to improve the quality not to make it useless. This version does not cover the cable conected devices.. Now I have to find the previous version for my device. The version that works for whired USB microscope is 1.10.066

managed to get it to work only twice. kept telling me "connected without internet" and didn't connect to my phone. used the reset, then uninstalled and reinstalled and now it is working okay with clear pix. i just hope this is not the way to get it to work every time.
