Notifications and now it's shutting down. They updated May, 27, 2024 and now my app shuts down every time I switch to another app. I have a Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra. The only way it stays open is if i click the navigation button and it switches to the map. This app is also annoying, every little change and it's ringing until you switch over and click the "ok" or "accept" button, this is very dangerous if you're driving, and very distracting with the ringing if you don't switch over and accept.

Since last week the app acting weird, when i use other app this app goes offline. Major problem i have when im trying to complete an on going order the app is keep buffering and doesn't let me complete the order that is there on the screen. Unless i complete the first one i can not see the other order in the queue. So i request developers please fix this issue. And when i prsee back button it should go back one step bacj in the app not exit from the app. Please fix this too.

Could be good but end user experience is horrible. Font is far too large on the smallest setting, there is a ton of deadspace in the UI, trying to hit hyperlinked options for navigation, no show etc can be a pain, all this means it's spread out and you have to scroll. Not good while driving. Should easily fit on the one page with a little bit of thought and care. Have to restart the app if I try to put a payment through before distance restrictions are lifted as the go back option doesn't work.

Disappointing app. Instead to have all the important, stuff for a taxi driver in the main screen, you need to touch the phone at least 10 times while you're Driving to find what you are looking for. The app is very confused to use for example is showing jobs in certain areas which you don't know when they will be release it could be a day could be a month could be an hour could be 2 hours. The up is very frustrate to be use and it's adding too much pressure on every driver.

Used to work ok but recently keeps crashing, metre pausing, logging out. Please fix it ASAP 20/10/24. This app is one of the most annoying for purpose I worked with. Rearly work smooth for a while. It keeps crush, and undone itself for its former format, and at that much better too. (I'll have to stop updating it from now on!)

I'm using a s24 plus - The Font size is that big that I have to scroll for information. Just to busy looking for customers. Putting extras onto the drive by mistake, but won't let you take the last extra, always leaving me with an extra payment I didn't need. The map isn't accurate tested with Google maps. So I don't quite understand why it's off. I don't use the map for directions, I use it for a guide to which house it is, being off by nearly 10 to 15 houses isn't great in the dark.

Bid screen is pointless . Makes a ping then there's no jobs available. Total waste of time . Get rid of the bid screen and just give the job to the nearest vehicle in the que . Logging on takes too long . I have to log on then , off then on again before my position in the que shows. By which time I've gone down the que.

This latest update with Google maps integration is DANGEROUS! The last thing you want for a driver app is for it to be cumbersome. Please put back the it was with a NAVIGATION button that opens the standalone app. The meter doesn't display fully when in navigation mode. Uninstalling and reverting to older version. I hope it works.
