I have used 3bb internet for approx 12 years and have been more than happy until this year 2024 their reliability is a joke customer service and technical service are almost non existent I have lost count of technical problems it now is almost a weekly occurrence I would not recommend this company to anyone and I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere because it cannot possibly get worse or can it I wait with bated breath avoid this company they do not care about their customers

Was OK until it was updated. Now it either takes a long time to load or it just crashes and stops responding. Probably something to do with all of the unwanted and totally unnecessary ads. Needs a good looking at if you ask me.

It has become almost impossible to make an online payment as the site is overwhelmed with ads. Please simplify. Also i have 2 accounts with 3BB and am finding it impossible to get to the second account in order to check, and,or pay it.

Wife's name on account not translated correctly in English even though shown several times correct spelling at the counter.. Bill of other customer account given at desk.. Paid without checking my mistake.. But had to pay for another month cash at the desk.. desk assistant said i needn't pay for the following month.. dont receice any invoice anymore.. About the app: cant access details of messages.. Says outstanding payment of 2 months.. Very difficult to find email for contact support..

Before it was ok , now it FORCE me to update every 7 days , why? After updating , the app kick me out and I have to reset everything to get in and have it working , but still OVERLOADED with advertisements, not easy to work with it anymore. 😟 I am considering to change to an other internet provider. 😔 Edit: updated 03 June, today is 14 June , get FORCED to update again 😡

Only to pay invoices. There is no easy way to report service outage or manage other services. PEA app let you pay invoice, check detailed electrical use history, and also report outage directly from the app. This is logical, because if Fiber modem is not working, mobile 3g/4g internet is still working. And you already have my acct details, so i dont have to type it in again each time you need to contact support.

App is nowadays overloaded with ads . Can't use it in normal way. It supposed to be a service to make things easier and not to feel annoyed while use. If it stays like that will be uninstalled soon.

Slow and laggy, can't even use the application. It always stopped working at some point. Very bad app. You should consider fix your app or I'll change Internet service provider to another one with better mobile app.
