I'm in the same boat as a lot of these other folks. It's constantly logging me out and not recording trips. When I reopen, I have to agree to the t&cs again and set up biometrics. I thought maybe it was just a setting on my phone, but it looks like the app is flawed. Frustrating since I'd like to get the discount on my insurance for having it.

The app leaves much to be desired. It doesn't count over half the drives I do. The only drives it really picks up on are ones where it counts "mistakes" you made, but then the ones that would be flawless just never show up. I also noticed that it gave me a 3.5/5 stars for phone usage despite me never using my phone while driving, however despite me using it as a passenger and even marking I'm not the person driving for a trip, I'm still getting dinged. Either poor coding or predatory practices.

Very inaccurate. Also it lists my "Night driving" as 0/5 stars, because I don't drive at night... this takes away from my overall score. I work a 9-5 I'm not out at night often if at all. Everything else is 4-5 stars but my average score is 1.5 stars because the night driving. Which also doesn't add up. My insurance requires I use this app, so I expect it to function accurately since it's literally reporting to my insurance company. Fix your app, I have Java Fullstack certs if you need help.

This app is garbage. I can't turn off the automatic scanning, so it's constantly running. It doesn't record most the time I'm driving. More that half the times it's recorded me driving, it won't let me verify it because of bad GPS connection. And finally, the reported speeds it says I'm driving at are wrong. Driving home today, I didn't do over 34mph, and it said I was going 40 in 30s and 60 in a 20, which you can't report. There isn't even a place to log out, so I can't restart it

Definitely in the developmental stages still. Lots of problems. Incorrect speeds constantly and the way they set it up makes it very easy for the app to miss trips, which it has in the past. Dont out yourself through the pain and bs just for a 5% discount. You could make that much doing uber eats for 3 weeks a year. EDIT: I come back many months later to report that the app still claims trips you mark as passenger as your trips, and won't let you manually mark whether or not it was your trip.

I have never experienced more trouble with an app before. It is supposed to be auto run. But it completely shuts off. Over and over again. It won't remember my email and I have to Uninstall and install again. Often while driving. Because it's while I'm driving that I realize it's not working... again. If it didn't give me a discount I would have stopped many times previous to this

The way these scores are calculated are weighted in a way that you will not get a good driving score. I work overnight, so almost all of my driving is in the middle of the night with no other cars on the road on well lit streets. In the other categories I am given a 3.5-4.5 out of 5 in each. If they were weighted evenly my score would be 3/5 stars but since I drive at night I have a 1 star score. It also records phone usage even when you aren't driving or while you are and not using your phone.

Not working..stopped showing unconfirmed trips...no help available UPDATE this app is awful. Now it disables itself overnight & will not stop once I've arrived at my destination. I can go to the store, get out of my truck, walk into the store & the app is still recording!! It cannot tell between driving down the road & walking?? I think it's time to check out some other companies for insurance. Both of my policies keep going up and supposedly getting a 12% discount with this app. not worth it.
