Better than old app, but still needs rectification In the beginning, it was nice, but suddenly the Elements and fonts are enlarged.. Bookings Tab : Text size are over large compared to the container , unable to read. Rates and Inventory Tab: The text size of the dates inside the calendar are all in single digit. Texts are also Over size here. Both the above issues were already there in the old app. Only thing that has been improved is that, I get a notification on a new booking.

Very poor customer support from their side. I've been regularly dropping emails and trying to reach out to them but to no avail. The issue I'm facing has not been resolved from the last 2 months. Had not expected this from them..... very disappointing.

New update has many problems. App is stuck on loading screen. Clear cache, ckear data are not helpful. Also, unable to change rates in bulk. Second, if I want to check bookings made on 23/10/2024, I am also shown bookings made on 24/10/2024 under the same tab. Please fix and update.

Pathetic app, Even each and every process are very slow, I listed my property on the last week, but even till now it's in process, very slow manner,even the case to add photos, may many restrictions and I updated all my contact details in the property listing, but they haven't verified it,they are asking to improve contact details, Very disappointed,

Want to pull my hair out, incredible how these businesses care so little about the hoteliers, Nothing works in the desktops client, and the app is incomplete. I have tried everything. Not sure if I will be able to work with go mmt if their user interface is so bad, the competition is better. Plus the executive stopped responding to my messages after the registration on the site was complete.

Ingommt recently added a feature "Guest Messege" but I am facing a lot of facing while using this feature. A. I am not getting any notification/allert. It's only appears when I open hotel in app. Suggestion: 1. There should be email alert when someone send a message. B. I am using multiple hotels as group in this app. But had to open every hotel and check if there is a message pending. Suggestions : notification should be appear on home page in my group login.
