Really unintuituve App design. Many things are hard to find and require a lot of clicks. This rating is, of course, just rating the app and has nothing to do with the gym experience

Useless app, they have no phone signal (with Sunrise) at the entrance of their Geneva gym so you cannot use it for getting in and of course they provide no wifi password in the app so you cannot even get in.

Worst app I have ever experienced. got a new phone and it denied me entry into the gym because its not my primary devise. But I won't let me update it anywhere and I have to contact them now. so now I am standing in front of the gym at 6:00 and can't reach anyone, obviously. thanks

Absolutely terrible app. It took me several attemps to even find the login screen. It is not found where you would expect it to. Then I had several error messages trying to log in and the app now wants access to my location and camera. The best part though? The only reason to ever get the app, getting into the gym, doesnt even work. I cant scan the QR code at the entrance. It just does not work with my camera at all.

Phone experience absolutely horrible Buttons get hidden by different footers and the like. Also no help-desk or anything the like. Finally i tried registering with my account for a gym in a new city. I could only buy a memebership at my old gym because somehow that is relevant.... Rather bad
