awful to use. you need to know exactly what the day time name of things you want to book to find them. the search is awful and none of it is inuitive. I see events on FB and then never mamage to actually book them bevause the system is so difficult. given the number of 1 star reviews you woupd think changes would be made to uograde and imorove the system. It clearly works for individuals that know what they want to book and do so regularly but if you qre looking for one off events its useless

When it works (which is about 50/50) it's great, nice and quick and easy and unlike the website it shows you times clearly (I use it to book lane swimming sessions). When it doesn't work it's terrible, so often you get error messages because the server has timed out or the service is unreachable and you end up having to book in person. If you could iron out these issues it would be so much better.

A difficult app to use to book activities. You cant book for other family members nor cancel bookings. Payment can be tricky. It constantly refuses to let me book if too close to the session starting. Sometimes I can log in, others not. There appears to be no one manning the reception desk at my local pool so on several occasions I havent been able to swim when i could have. It's hard not to be too cynical. A great way to put people off using Aberdeenshire Council sports facilities!

It works very well and been using it for years. Only thing I can fault is that it's kind of irritating having to input card details every time. Why not have an option to save details and just input the security code for example. I have a password manager and it doesn't detect the page for some reason so doesn't input card details, likewise Google wallet doesn't recognise it either.

It's good to have an app to book sessions at libraries, pools, and other council amenities. However, the app is pretty poor overall. The navigation is all over the place and if you make a mistake and want to go back a page it kicks you back to the home page of the app. Easier to use the website these days

This is quite possibly the worst app I've ever used. Usually with such a terrible experience i'd just uninstall and look elsewhere but unfortunately this seems to be the only way to actually be able to go swimming! The booking system makes no sense, the payment screens are only visible with a magnifying glass, i only seem to be able to book one person at a time and there are no options to cancel. This app is simply unfit for purpose.
