This shares the same issue as Phone Link. I can hear phone calls and the caller's voice, however they can't hear me. I've had the same issue with phone link since moving to Windows 11 on my desktop. Phone link worked fine for calls on Windows 10. Perhaps it works with IOS devices, however I have an android phone: Galaxy s24+. Teams and Zoom calls work fine, so it's not a microphone issue. And please don't send me a message asking if everything is up to date.

not at all user friendly. I opened it up and it just started downloading stuff without me being able to choose anything. additionally, it was incredibly hard nearly impossible to just copy the images I wanted and put them in an email once I transferred a few to the laptop. there are no real settings. you cannot choose between devices easily at all. it just shows the phone or the laptop and you have to close and open the app to pick a different device. it's a horrible horrible transition f

I like the HP connect better or whatever it used to be called. this one isn't is intuitive but it's easy enough to figure out. only thing I don't really like is that it kind of duplicates what the phone link for Windows does so it's a whole bunch of extra excess notifications for no good reason. however it is aesthetically pleasing. It also seems to have a little bit more than what the original HP connect had. I just hate the repetitiveness of it with the phone link for Windows.

much harder to transfer pictures versus previous hp app... having to transfer 15 to 20 pictures at a time then go back to delete them before repeating the process is very frustrating. while quick drop was able to transfer 100s of pictures and it was easier to verify which ones actually transferred. this is extremely frustrating and time consuming....

The HP version was much faster and easier to use .. This Intel Unison takes forever for files to finish transferring, it will have long pauses before it even begins the file transfer, even when the laptop and cellphone are next to each one and the wifi is in the same room ( wifi-6). But this is what HP said I had to use form this point on .. that or I look for something else.

I love this app. I actually discovered it when DellMobile Connect went defunct earlier on this year. However unlike the Dell App , I cannot make/take phone calls on my desktop, nor do the text messages appear when I open the app, hence I cannot respond to any of them. Am I doing something wrong? Other than that, transferring of even the heaviest files is a breeze, its a fantastic app it helps me a lot!!! Now if only I dont lose connection with my contacts once I log on to my PC vs my phone!!

Horrible connection stability! Following the developers comment to my review, I really wish the app could get fixed as fast as the developer aims to judge one’s competence by replying to negative reviews. Yes, my internet connection is stable, solid, and reliable. Yes, my phone and PC’s drivers are up to date. Connection stability is still horrendous and unusable! I’ve tried with multiple internet connections, cellular data, and combination of both 3 different computers. Still unusable!

I got this hoping to replace Microsoft phone link however the fact it does not allow more than 1 computer at any given time is a deal breaker for me. Otherwise its pretty much exactly the same as phone link in my opinion. Has nothing more to offer.
