Purchased access for the widget. Now unable to use it - just says "your subscription has cancelled or expired". Basically, it now demands to be purchased again

Why have you changed the app? the dashboard as you now call it is way too cluttered and is just more info to scroll through, it was much better before.

So far unconvinced. I wanted an app with a widget (as for some inexplicable reason NR just stopped theirs). However both widget AND app showing ALL services from my selected favourite (home and work) stations. I've seen 2 people say the same then seem satisfied as they resolved it. I've tried about everything in both app and widget and it really is not that obvious at all. This shouldn't be this difficult surely.

I could give it more stars but I cannot find how to change the stations shown in the widget. This is very frustrating. What would be most useful for me is for the widget to default to the nearest station and also permit input of one or two stations (from X to Y) to see those services. Then tap on any service in the widget to see details of just that service.

I commute by train daily, and I finally found this perfect app for tracking my trains! The UI is simple, clear, informative and responsive. Love the home screen widget, which sets this app apart from all other similar apps that I've tried. It's a no brainer for me to pay for the full package. Thanks for this amazing app!

I just re-installed app. My apologies - it was Boards that had the unappealing layout. A good app that does what it says I have just re-re-installed app and I quite like it. Bear in mind the two-tier approach train companies have, which smaller stations having a poor/no service in critical situations, If app could show from work station only trains to home station then it would get a five star from me... It does! As promised, 5 stars!
A Google user
Good app & widget, which would have been a suitable replacement for the failing 'National Rail' app, however; 1) the widget is not free (£4), 2) apparently there is a need for an additional 'commuters pack' for some functionality (I'm currently in a trial period). These two points alone will make this a deal breaker, as soon as I need to pay more for this app/widget. 3) The widget often won't refresh on my Note 9.. *Edit* The widget won't work with any level of power saving mode turned on.
