Still doesn't allow a confirmation of visit after receiving email asking me to confirm! Hopeless

They have made some changes for the better. It's less awful than it was. I don't like that I can't access the day's input screen until after 8:00 or 8:30 PM. Some nights I manage to get to bed early. They still don't use texts to remind that today requires input. But at least it doesn't take three screens to get out any more. Still lousy as apps go, but way better than it was

The functionality of this app seems limited. I've been notified I have two unread messages - but my inbox is empty. The 'e-diary' appears to be a list of available tasks? That's... not a diary. Nowhere to take notes and share with study team. 'Study details' area is an empty screen for me. I'm concerned I may be missing important updates and tasks. Not impressed by this, sadly, and it'll be awful if this app's usability negatively impacts on trials. (EDIT: updated version is slight improvement)

This app is dreadful. The slow tiered menu system is annoying + unhelpful. It doesn't register data unless you complete a full run through in a specific way. Items are needlessly nested within other items. Todo items accessed via different routes mean the item isn't listed as complete. My confidence that I have completed a submittal is always low as it's ambiguous + slow. Equally, hitting the back button, idk if previous entries are nullified or saved. Awfully designed app.

Update: Biometrics login no longer works at all. have been using this app for over a year to report symptoms related to a COVID vaccine study. It is adequate, but not intuitive. You have to hit an extra button to get your responses to the symptom survey to save, rather than that happening automatically. Once complete, the calendar doesn't recognize the task as complete. Every time they update the app, the biometric login does not work and codes have to be reentered The developer email fails.

On a Pixel 4, the biometric login doesn't work at all. It constantly complains that I need to enable it even though it is enabled. While it appears to properly send eDiary entries to the study staff, it doesn't show what you've completed and it randomly adds tasks you've already completed back to your task list, requiring you to keep track of what you've done in the study. This app needs significant work!

App was just annoying but functional. Latest 'fix' corrected that and now it's totally non-functional. It does push notifications, but the diary is blank so there's no way to record results. That on top of erroneous alerts to do the training endlessly, no contact with support and calendar not connected with study. Might just be an issue with hot patch. Reinstalling help... Today. Also password manager takes three times as long compared to normal apps, so that might be what others see (android)

Seriously flawed app. I was seen at the testing facility once and was able to download the app there and schedule my second visit. Despite this, the app is still requesting me to book my 1st appointment. The first time I used it, I was able to input my vital signs, but wasn't able to after that. It also recycles the same test over and over despite submitting it, so you're never fully aware whether or not you did it successfully. Extremely frustrating!
