Surprisingly it runs pretty smooth and it doesn't really drain your battery as much as I thought it would. But that's just me using a Google Pixel phone. But overall, it seems pretty simply laid out and well done for how big this game is put into a phone app, and being able to cross play from playing on your PC and on this app. Something nice to play to get some simple easy skills in while you're waiting somewhere or on the plane idk.

Haven't been able to log in on mobile in a month. Uninstalled and reinstalled, changed servers, etc nothing works. It's like it suddenly became incompatible with my phone. Love it on PC but the app was glitchy even when I could get onto it. Updating to add it still isn't fixed. Managed to get on it for a while but then it just quit working. Email login is completely broken and I even have a different phone now.

every time I open the game and get to the play button, the app crashes, and after over 50 attempts to start after crashing, I've checked for updates and other solutions, but there is no information about this issue... when the game does start, it's great with no issues. I really enjoy Runescape so I was excited to find out its mobile but the crashing issues are a buzz kill...

I appreciate having the mobile option, especially for quick gaming sessions during my breaks at work. However, I've encountered a recurring issue where exiting the app logs me out completely, requiring me to re-enter my email for login. This becomes frustrating, as I'm unable to retrieve the verification code from my email on my phone because it then tells me that I signed out of the jagex app when I go back in to insert the code. Is there a way to fix that? Thank you!

As a long-time player, I'm sad to see the gross monetization strategies that have been incorporated into this game recently. As a paying member, I've enjoyed content from this game for over a decade. But the ability to buy bank spaces, in-game gold, and rune metrics is a lot. The nail in the coffin is the most recent "Major Update", the Hero Pass system. They incorporated a battle pass which the only way to complete is to spend excessive amounts of money. This includes in-game buffs for content.

Unhappy with the hero pass. Not sure why this change was needed/wanted. Game was great with recent updates. For the pass, I would like to see all of the game changing mechanics (dungeon damage reduction, clue scroll skips) to be the same regardless of premier status. The leveling feels so slow and the removal of dailies removes any incentive to check on a daily basis.

The game itself is good but the app is highly unstable. First I kept getting kicked back to the welcome screen after selecting the character to play with, prompting me to select my character again, and after a day of trying, I actually got in. Then it kept crashing upon opening the bank which seems to be an issue from 2-4 years ago. I googled and tried for hours, reinstalled and now I got back to my first problem, I gave up after that point. If it runs on your device, enjoy! I'll see you on PC.

I really wish I could give this game more stars, but this games stability is horrible it's 50/50 if the game will launch, and I have a phone that should run it just fine. In-game cutscenes and any voiced dialog breaks up and frame rate drops to like 4. Just doing anything, I risk my screen blinking and the game crashing. Runescape is still a great game that lets you do what you want and always progress towards something. Use mobile version for just basic tasks, avoid combat cause random crash.
