Good app, does what it says. Two possible improvements: - on initial launch I was thrown into the settings menu, which is good. However it wasn't clear that after selecting a Bluetooth device I had to hit the back button to use the app. Was confused for a bit, this is possibly what is causing the negative reviews. - it would be nice to be able to set a default noise canceling level, so that opening the app doesn't automatically switch to "windy" mode.

Hi! I'm trying to connect the app with my NC 700, but the app only says "Searching paired devices" and nothing ... please note that the 700 is paired with my android phone, tested and playing music as well, so is paired. Can you please help me? Thanks !!!

Just downloaded. Paired with QC 35 phones and app is not responding. It shows that hat it paired with the headphones, then I get a msg saying "not responding, close, wait, feedback" It does show an empty battery indicator. Battery is at 90% The connect app doesn't recognize the headphones

Finally A Solution to the pesky certain Assistant App that I have not been able to get off my headphones. I bought these headphones to get good quality sound and noise canceling that cannot be matched. If you have had this problem, then all you can give them five stars. What a relief for me, and I was not aware it existed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

as barebones as barebones gets and it has an advertisements taking up half the screen, and how much were the headphones I paid for..... seriously? Expensive? I'm talking about a concept of worth it or not and the app is not. The app is an embarrassment! What are you even talking about on your response? Also if I'm paying them price for something I'm expecting not to be shown advertisements, I did not know you guys were so poorly run that you needed financial help from ad agencies.

I don't like the changes that you made to the app. I was already registered and now it's running me around in circles when I just wanted to change the it only lets me set up one level now so it's gotten worse in my estimation

Very basic app that does a good job. Only allows 3 basic settings. Off windy high and you can choose which one is the default. Built in EQ would be great.

My headphone NC mode seemed to be in "windy" mode by default. I switched it to "high" and the NC is back to where it was before I "upgraded" the firmware from the Bose app.
