After decade of using tracking devices this one is 10 times better than last one i had only issues they blocked Google maps to old modules asking to buy a new module 300 Eur and they sell me old few months before closing maps (Tramigocrap Norway) shamefull manager act. Buy a new Lol. I raccomend Trackingpro and modules as quality and reliable safety guard for any of your car truck moto or boat. After few years of use perfect. Raccomending purchase.

It was doing very fine until this recent update. Now the app doesn't reflect the immediate actions happening with the tracker or the vehicle. It can remain on idle for longer time despite the vehicle have moved. Also it can remain on a position for too long a time despite the vehicle is already in motion or move to another place already.

Navigation Command Malfunction on Android version 14 Previously all tools and services are normal but current few weeks I cannot use navigation button on android. The apps keeps trying to open the navigation but it's not happen. Can't go back or close the apps, must be forced to stopped it. Then I try to navigate on iOS and it's running normal.

I bought the app with 10 years of subscription. Since installed the dash cam it is offline all time even if there is an active SIM card in it. I am disappointed by the lack of support during the installation process. Once you have it you should be able to have technical support to assist you on the complicated settings to make it work. Every tutorial advertise a so easy process.

This app doesn't notify me on alerts even though i have enabled notifications/alerts in settings. The previous app (tracksolid) gave me notifications when car started, went off and every other notif that i enabled but this one doesn't. Also, the alert column in app doesn't show any alerts since i updated to the pro. Unless i open the app and starts to monitor or track vehicle, i cant see anything. Playback keeps crashing the after some mins (a problem that existed in tracksolid)

I have to sign out of the app and back in every time before I can see my trackers. Exiting the app is not enough, I must sign out and back in otherwise my devices don't show. Not easy to configure the devices for sending sms, and other settings. Should be a lot more advanced these days
