Hey I would say the application still has some bugs to be fixed Such as whenever I have a order to accept the application will be frozen and doesn't allow to accept the order and need to close all the applications Still it doesn't work

This app is terrible. It is so unreliable. Very bad experience. One day it will be working perfectly then the next day it won't let you log on at all. It keeps saying "connection error...Retry" you click retry 100s of times and no connection. You email the driver support and they tell you to uninstall and redownload the app, but it does not solve the problem. It's such a shame, because as a new driver I was having such a positive experience but it's so frustrating not being log into the app.

I have been using the Old JB Driver app for a while now, the last version was better. We now have to navigate to the menu before getting to map to access hotlinks for GPS to DBS locations after our deliveries, just more buttons to click. Map shows me as being in Sydney until I login, then it shows I'm in Brisbane, not helpful for when you want to check to see if it's busy. On that note, I cannot see the red & orange rings around bottle shops that are busy.

I am a Jimmy driver and I've been using the app for almost an year. The app is not comfortable in general and loses reception easily. The calendar system is not good at all. If you want to check for your invoices you have to search per week and for a person that needs to present an anual tax return that's pretty awkward. Would be awesome to see in your profile more stats such as total kms driven, for example, and an option to download every week invoice. ¡WE ALSO NEED MORE INCENTIVES!

It works well generally speaking but latest updated make it difficult to communicate using chat message as you must have a live current job to open it to send message. If you have a problem or issue occurring without having a job then you cannot send a message. While driving the screen is either occupied with the Navigation/ map if dispatch send a message we either don't see it or cannot read it while driving. An audio message or phone would be better in that case.

It is very frustrating that we can not open another app or we will not get the job notifications, even if you are parked in front of a store. All other delivery apps are able to send you job notifications as long as you are online. It doesn't matter if you are using another app at the moment, you will get the notification. I can't understand why Jimmy can not configure the app to send always the notifications, same as the cancellation notification that you always get it.

Hi, I've been using the app for a few weeks now and had some feedback on my experience. 1. You don't get job notifications if you are not on the app, although you logged in, so you miss jobs and get penalised for not accepting. 2. Incentives don't reflect even though you accept it. 3. I've had instances when customers cancelled an order, but the job isn't updated, which results in you going to the store unnecessarily and not compensated for your time. I have more feedback, but I dont enough room

This is one of the worst delivery app as it won't give any notification when it's working in background. The driver have to keep it on main screen to get notifications and developers are so adamant on that and seems like they are not interested to deliver as early as possible.
