Very bad experience.. unable to login to the application, for login we have to clear cache and cookies. We have to enter user id and password again and again. There are some issues which I have faced, issues mentioned below . 1. Agent authentication failed from oid. 2. Takes lot of time in login process. 3. When search plans for mobile number no record found message is showing. 4. Back button is required when select proceed to pay. 5. Automatic logout while processing any action.

very Bad experience with the app. All Other Companies have very smooth app experience But this app has no time saving features,, Day after tomorrow it falls to do recharge, every day need to do clear data clear caches for allmost 2 3times, I suggest company to solve this issue. This will increase your Sale for Sure, if You Cannot Solve the issue please kindly create a new application. Best Wishes For Jio

The application has many bugs 1. while entering the password it keep on asking please enter password. 2. Sometimes app says Error in call while opening app. 3. Sometime when I do recharge for the customer app keep on asking No record found for already exist customers. 4. GST Table This error came at the payment window than I have restart from the first step. 5. Without kyc Sometime this option never came and without kyc option I am not able to alloat the sim.

Very bad experience.. giving one ⭐ star because no option to minus Star 😞.. first issue with login.. taking very very long time in 5g network 🛜 also. 2nd is No open with other brand network..3rd face authentication is not working in Jio network, and many more issues with application. Please update and make easy like Vi and Airtel.. my phone is 8gb Ram but app not working smoothly

It is very bad experience in this app. Very slow to operate and time consuming app.when we recharge customer demand, application do not open. Very borring application.It is not compare other company app like BSNL, airtel and vi.it is very smooth and speedy process in application.Please solve all above issue and immediately give update it.

very very slow please suddenly update Jio app is very bad. See other apps and learn. who is behind the Jio app.? Whoever it is, it's too bad. It has to change drastically. With another application created. Jio sim is 5g. But the application speed is 2G.

Very bad experience with the app.. all other companies have very smooth app experience. But this aap has no time saving features. Day after tomorrow it falls to do recharge. Everyday it needs to delete and reinstall it. Every day it needs to do clear data clear caches for allmost 2-3 times. I suggest company to solve this issue. This will increase your sale for sure. If you cannot solve the issue kindly create a new application. It's wastage of time for almost all retailers like me. Thankyou

Recharge Reversal option done by without OTP, Bcoz many time customer calling phone switch off or not receiving... Please make it easier to Reversal recharge, Retailers bussiness are sometimes losses, Customer Recharge successfully done then pay. Devloper please think about this very serious issues App very lazy, Without jio net not working or wifi connection but not working all options, like SIM activation eKYC feature not to show Please fix and working smoothly same for all others operator.
