The new and improved JLab app offers complete customization for all JLab App compatible models. Adjust Noise Control settings, Be Aware, touch controls, safe listening levels, and sound to your personal preference – or use the presets for JLab Signature, Balanced, or Bass Boost. Plus, get software updates for your product right when they’re available.

Active Noise Cancellation Control
With the new JLab App, you'll be able to increase the active noise canceling from off all the way to max ANC, (on your ANC compatible earbuds) while in the earbuds themselves you can only select on or off.

Be Aware Audio
Bring the outside in. Use the JLab App to increase or decrease the amount of outside noise you let in by adjusting your Be Aware settings. (For Be Aware Compatible earbuds only)

EQ Customization
Fine tune your sound by adjusting the equalizer settings. JLab products come set with three default settings - called Custom EQ3 Sound, which features JLab Signature, Balanced and Bass Boost and a 4th option 'Custom'. Use the JLab App to test and set your own equalizer settings by adjusting Bass (200, 280, 400 Hz levels), Mid-Range (550, 770, 1000, 2000 Hz levels) and Treble (4000, 8000, 16000 Hz levels).

Custom Controls
JLab products come with controls in each earbud that control anything from volume, track changes, play/pause and more. If you'd like to switch the settings, you can customize your controls further via the app.

Safe Hearing
All future JLab models will now support Safe Hearing. Switch between the default output, 95 dB, or 85 dB for a safe listening experience.

With recent update, the long awaited go air pop support is FINALLY here! and I'm disappointed about it 😂 it only has ambience sounds, press tutorial and burn-in tool. I seriously been waiting for months wanting to know if the app offer customizable equalizer functions. The default 3 Jlab equalizers without the app are good to ok but would be nice to have more freedom than that. In short, I waited months for an app that offers nothing new. At least the earphones are phenomenal for the price

Very difficult to pair go air pop, even after installing the app, it just keeps telling me to install the app. The app is more of a sales pitch than anything else. USB charger is different, the 90's called, and they want their charger back. $50 bucks, you get what you pay for. Will try again, but otherwise, I'm taking them back. Definitely not plug and play.

I look into the app every couple of months because my headphones firmware needs updating. Lo and behold still cannot. I have some studio Pros I would LOVE to keep using, The battery life on them is still amazing even after years of heavy use but the problems with them firmware wise is getting so annoying that it's getting hard to use them. As much as I love this brand if this can't get resolved within the next little while... They've lost a loyal customer.

so I have jlab go pops that I got from argos but the sound in the left one is quieter than the sound on the right one, so naturally I went to download the app so I could maybe sync the audio. However, I don't think the app supports jlab go pops, how do I sync them? I've tried factory reseting too. Other than that, the earbuds are great! 10/10

Please, please add device renaming within the JLab sound app. I have 4 pair of Epic Air Sport ANC earphones. Each has been renamed in my bluetooth settings to ensure I'm pairing to the correct device. Within the JLab app, however, they all display the default name. It would be extremely helpful to have a renaming option in the app to more easily access settings for the specific pair I'm using.

*Update 03-10-24*Go pop air are now visible in app,but controls cannot be changed making the app pretty redundant for go air pop*Update 17/07-2024* Still no support.*Update 03/07-2024* Still no support. *Original 17/04-2024* Does not support "Go Air Pop" Earbuds. Even though it is their own brand. Making the app useless if you own this product. If app support is corrected for this model, so the device shortcuts could be changed, the app and earbuds would be amazing for the very affordable price.

never had a worse pair of headphones. sound jumps back and forth between them. I've charged and resynced and re paired to my phone over and over. tried downloading the app to update them, and suprise, the app doesn't even list the model I own. I will go out of my way to make sure everyone knows how much this brand sucks because this was just a waste of almost $50.

Question first: Is the 40 hour recommended burn in a misprint? That seems excessively long. The earbuds fit well and sound good to me. My question has since become irrelevant. The charger case for the earbuds won't charge the earbuds. Liked them at first, but there no way to charge if they didn't work with the case for charging. Ended up returning them for a refund. The one star is more for the product itself. I don't know how many stars the app deserves since the product didn't work.
