Xiao-e is a tool application for otoscope.
Through Wi Fi and connecting ear picking equipment, the real-time picture of ear canal can be displayed on the mobile phone, and the ear canal can be easily pulled out to see the situation in the ear canal.
At the same time, when you preview the real-time picture, you can take photos and video to save the pictures or videos at that time, so as to compare whether there is any abnormality in the ear canal.

Camera details aren't such a high quality. The camera does not have a solid stream. It keeps glitching still, and it can't keep up with the motion of my hand. The camera keeps cutting off as well and I have to constantly turn it back on every 5 seconds. I tried uninstalling and re-downloading the app, but the same thing keeps happening. It has potential. I was at least able to see inside my ear before the camera cut off.

Apart from the 🔋 battery not lasting that long, up to now, I've not had any real issues with Xiao-E ear cleaner. Despite the ear cleaner being fully charged, the battery 🔋 icon on the app is coloured red, and a line has been marked across the icon as well. Add to this the devise is for some reason not connecting to the Internet instead this message comes up, quote: "Connected without Internet/not secure." Now unable use the ear cleaner. No spare ear cleaning tools can be purchased.

Used to work fine, though it lags a bit. Now, it connects but the screen doesn't show up at all. Battery is fully charged, but battery icon on screen is crossed out red, so nothing shows. This is my 2nd one that ended up this way. Will not purchase any wireless earwax removal tool again. Should be able to work if plugged in, but low battery removes the screen/view completely, which is bad design.

Only worked a few times then camera/flashlight stopped working so my screen is black unless setting is changed to "acne-squeeze". The camera will only work under that setting but will only show person, not the otoscope. The otoscope is not working even though tool is connected to wi-fi and app is updated so it's useless as it's not working for intended purposes. Please Help!!!

Connected immediately with no problems. Update 2/2022 - used again with no problems. App and otoscope working perfectly. Be careful putting anything in your ear or another person's ear. Not for people who cannot use instruments with care and precision. (If you are having trouble connecting try putting your phone in airplane mode and then turning on wifi so your data plan doesn't hijack the connection.)

Worked perfectly for a while, now the camera does not turn on, even after cleaning it. The led lights turn on, but no camera. I tried reinstalling the App to see if that was the problem, checked connection/internet and went through all the troubleshooting specs.. camera just died. I cannot find any information on how to fix the camera.

App is needed to view the footage being taken by the unit so you can check for ear wax. Can also record video, take still pictures, landscape mode, left and right ear choice. The one thing that is difficult at first was looking at the video feed and trying to move the unit so that you could see where you needed to clean. Takes a little getting use to besides that App works well with the unit I purchased.

It connects fine and it shows up on my phone with no issues, however when it comes to video and pictures all I'm getting is a green screen. All my permissions are set, but it isn't recording what I am seeing on the screen. If it wasn't for that issue I'd totally give it 5 stars. Maybe it's the tool and not app, idk but live view is perfect! It's just the video and pictures that won't work.
