Why have the app if you aren't going to keep people's point balance and tiers up to date? Once they start to update stuff I'll change my review . It'd also be nice if they'd allow online ordering from the casino restaurants from these apps so we could order from the room and also use comps for food over the app with our password. Having to go down to order just because you have to be in person to pay with comp on your card is making them lose money because that's time we could be gambling.

the app doesn't let me sign in. it's worthless. I have a s23 ultra so it shouldn't be a phone issue. grand casino needs to fix this if they want an app.

Does not work, points have not updated in over a month. Now can not even log in. Uninstalled tried again, still not working. Save space and time. Keep it in the trash!

Apps ok but very basic. Promotions are listed as is your players club progress. The club rewards are very rare and it takes alot to get any benefits or move up.

Apps not working properly. Says submit error. I know my pin is correct and my rewards number is correct as well. It lets me book a room with my rewards info and the rooms are compd but it's not letting login to see my rewards tier or balance. Its been doing this for a few months now. Can you please fix that issue

Well the app worked even showed my double tier points earned for playing during covid times but then said that's wrong and took the extra 5000 tier points with out explanation and said that's a mix up, by far the worst comp/player card system ever....
