Since the new update, app is terrible. It's a useless app if you have multiple locations with multiple different logins. Every time I try to switch between my 8 other accounts, the app says I am not authorized to do so. As the owner of the business, the person who handles all the timesheets and scheduling, I can not switch between my accounts. I never had this issue prior to the new update, I contacted customer service, advised to clear cache, uninstall, reinstall the app, still doesn't work.

Was working perfectly fine my first few weeks of work until it completely signed me out for no reason. Couldn't get back in because I couldn't remember my password, however when I tried to make a new password it never sent me an email to make a new one and I have not been able to see my work schedule or been able to clock in on the app since. Tried uninstalling then reinstalling but that did not work either. Tried my phone number, still did not work.

The app it's pretty good for teams working together, schedules, and even "Cash Out". However, I don't need to be reminded every day I work an hour before I clock in. That feature won't trun off, and you can't stop the emails about scheduling or anything else. Yes there are "options" to, but it doesn't work. Fix for 5 stars ⭐

The ability to cash out money from your check early is about the only thing that this app has that sets it apart from similar options. Unfortunately, this service does not work with Sofi, Dave, and other popular banking options. They are falling behind the industry, making them not only NOT an app with standout features, but annoying, because they keep advertising their useless cash out feature via notifications.

Technical issues are the biggest problem. I've contacted support several times, with no resolve. I've used this app for a year, but recently, I'm unable to open and adjust the timecards in a weekly view. It makes running my business and performing payroll difficult. I'm looking for another app that's similar.

If I could give 0 stars I would. About 2 months ago the cash out option has been having numerous issues. It takes 2 weeks for customer service to figure it out and then same problem the next month. Why is there an option to borrow from your check if it is constantly having a glitch or bug. You put all your banking info in and it just keeps going back to error message. Or it doesn't update. It's broken and has not been fixed apparently after 2 months of having issues. DONT USE GO ELSEWHERE

1) Ever since updating, almost everytime I open the app I have to agree to a user agreement, which is annoying. 2) On the Home page, despite rating my shift when I clock out on the system at work, it's always on the app. 3) On My Profile, availabily is above my personal info and accomplishments have been moved to the bottom. I know when I'm available, I don't need to see it! Accomplishments and info should be above all. That all I go to look for, especially to see how many shifts I've worked.

It's unusable now. I truly mean that, straight up one day it was working absolutely fine. I wake up the next and all of a sudden it won't even let me log in. I spoke with staff on the matter and it said I was still in the system but neither in the app or on browser does it allow me to login in any way shape or form. I have tried a password reset yet I have received no emails. I have spent the week jumping from failed solution to failed solution. I'm beyond disappointed and agitated at this app.
