I tried signing up multiple ways with the company and there is a problem each time. In the box where they want you to enter your social security number it tells you to use only numerical digits. If you do this you receive a prompt telling you that the formating is incorrect and to use hyphens. Which of course you can't use in the box.

Extremely disappointing experience with this app. It rejected my vehicle insurance because my car wasn't a 2008 or newer model—how is that relevant to supporting mental, emotional, and spiritual health? The onboarding process is unnecessarily long, asking for too much personal information. I've done quicker onboarding for actual jobs. I get multiple messages telling me to finish my application but when I click on the link it brings me to the app and it's nothing but a black screen. The only thing it allows me to do is log out. I have tried Uninstalling and reinstalling the app and nothing works. I've gotten 10 texts and 8 emails in less than 24 hours. I was excited to try this and not so much if I can't get past a black screen.

I was going to say the same thing about location services needing to be "allow when using" (or maybe just have it active during the time someone is on a job?) I've deleted the app twice despite really wanting to use it because the location services thing is just not going to work. It's a constant headache and eats my battery.

Unfortunately this app doesn't work properly & crashes often. I have been a Pal for over 2 months & really enjoy the people who I help. There isn't an easy way to get ahold of anyone for support, it takes hours to reach a live person so if you choose to do this, you need to have a lot of common sense & experience with home care. I have also had a lot of issues with being paid correctly so be sure to track everything outside of the app. I am hoping that this program will continue to improve!

The Company is Wonderful. This app needs a lot of work. A lot of times it won't show me a call list to choose from at all. And I know the calls are there because one week it worked amazing. It's like the app picks & chooses when it wants to work as far as scheduling. I check often. The actual call goes through fine when I can schedule any.

If I could give the app less than 1 star I would. (I've only been working with Papa Pal for 2 full months, just for some context.) It crashes often (at least once every week or so). The app will fail to even load and the only solution I've found is to uninstall and then reinstall the app. I do this every 3 weeks or so. I am currently trying to get the app to work and have tried the uninstall/reinstall method and it still won't load. I'm worried that this will happen during a call and I won't be able to complete the surveys or get my time recorded. This app needs a LOT of troubleshooting urgently.

The app does allow searching and finding appointments. However it did not successfully start a visit, nor allow me to end it. In addition, add to calendar does not work. I have submitted requests for help, but the response from the support team is to uninstall and reinstall the app. I have done that several times, but the app remains defective. Please improve the response from your help desk and actually read the problem rather than submit a canned response which wastes my time.
