Free charging is certainly nice! And the speed and daily free limit is adequate for our PHEV. The chargers and the charging network need improvement though - they take foreveerrrr to start, and maybe 1 in 3 times do they start at all on the first attempt. They're also really poorly distributed - sparse, and rarely near anything useful. Not to mention they're often taken, anyway. More chargers, with more than one bay, in useful places are sorely needed.

I was only able to successfully log into the app the first time I used it and then it stopped accepting my username / password. Resetting the password didn't help. Still couldn't login. Tried many times over about half an hour. Online, the recommendation is to remove and uninstall the app, but after all this hassle, I'm just going to leave it uninstalled. I need a reliable way to charge the car.

Constantly slow when booting up. Password sign-in option only instead of biometric features. And this morning it would'nt even sign in, so had to use the skip option. Love the Jolt chargers themselves, but the app lets then down a lot.

The map isn't working properly right now. I can't see local stations, only the Australia map. And sometimes log out unreasonably. The above problem is solved👍. Thank you very much.

Install fails, so zero really. Collects your personal info then gives you a blank screen while asking you to pick a plan, refuses to proceed with registration. Well done stealing information while not providing anything.

app keeps logging out and unable to use chargers with rude car share drivers high beaming to try and force out of bays. Jolt has turned into the carshare charging point and not public charging. it is about time Uber paid for access.

App failed mid way through registration. Now failing two days later when trying to complete account set up. Unusable. Other half has same issues.

App asks me to log in. Fair enough, I haven't used it in a while. "password is incorrect" (pretty sure it's not!). "forgot password", get verification code, enter new password but it says "not found" & can't go any further. Try this again with different passwords. Uninstall and reinstall, no joy. Go home. Call support. They get me to uninstall again. Can't get code via mobile as tried too many times, locked out. Try email, "can't get via email, try your mobile". Scream in frustration!
