I have tried many of these cheap Chinese Cameras, so I was familiar with the badly explained setup. The camera works surprisingly well. But night modus is just Black & White, so that's just a bad trick, The sound quality is bad but it's great that it can be used plugged in, just, why don't it auto start when connected to a power source. This is a simple thing but would massively expand the usefulness of the camera. All in all the app does kind of do what it is supposed to.

The instruction booklet was horribly written so I used YouTube videos to set it up. It took a lot of time and frustration, but it finally connected to my home wifi. There is no way to fast forward or rewind through the recordings so you must be patient when reviewing them. I haven't found a way to delete unnecessary files from within the app so I'm hoping that will change.

Poorly made camera with NO Auto-Focus, that is, it has to be physically set-up exactly in a certain way or else the video will be crooked if not sideways or upside-down. Does NOT hold a charge which was very disappointing and has very limited settings and options. Can also be quite difficult to setup on wifi and to make it function remotely. Very Dissapointed.

How any "Developer" could release a half-finished app like this is beyond me. This is an app that supports home security cameras that can't even record footage without crashing. The one thing you want a security camera app to do is record footage. Plus there are no settings to adjust motion detection, camera or SD Card. Leave the app running too long, it crashes. The A9 camera isn't supported by any other app making it useless. No app updates either as this is the first release from 2021.

I couldn't install it. When it shows up on my Wi-Fi list, it connects but has no internet. The manual is poorly concocted. It shows one picture and you see a different thing while installing. It was asking for camera ID which I don't know. In fact, I will suggest that the manual be reviewed and overhauled. Which mode is 1 or 2? How can you connect the camera directly to the phone? It's a waste of fund and time for me. I cannot recommend it to anyone.

I am not a stupid person. I have watched every video out there. Downloaded an easier to read manual. All the instructions are straight forward. Having said that, this item is not worth the time and brain cells. It will not connect to home wifi. Installed - Uninstalled - Installed again. Deleted and re-connected camera several times. Only able to view live video from hot-spot on phone. Then, the battery dies after 10 min. Able to record and delete pics on SD card. Anyone got an answer to WiFi?

Biggest piece of garbage ever. Camera and app... does not connect or stay connected and un-user friendly.. I should not have to connect to another network to get this to connect I should be able connect to my regular wifi, and sense of security is questionable. Deleting and throwing out this trash. Little stars I'd the right name because it should get little or no stars.

The app works fine, the camera works fine, everything works fine. However, I did notice errors occurring when you're taking a picture or starting to record a footage. For example, I wanted to record one, but when I started recording, the app itself crashed, then restarted. All I'm saying is that, the developers need to put more effort, advance and fix the majority of the issues of this app. Also, no offense, but the Camera Manual looked like some person who doesn't know English wrote it lmfao.
