I cannot find proprietary software for this device and my Android would be nice if there was but it's got all the buttons and features that are not usable it doesn't tell you which app to download or even if there is an app for it so you kind of got to just pick and choose at least as far as I can remember I haven't used it in a while it does work with the phone alone but your choices and features are very limited. And the follow function doesn't seem to be working very well tracking or whatnot

Tried it and unfortunately everytime I click record the app shuts down and leaves a corrupt file on my device. The app is therefore of no use and I can only use the gimbal with my phones standard camera which means I do not have the full functionality that the gimbal offers.

The app has limits and needs updating. Selecting the video camera causes the app to close so creating vids seems unlikely. Perhaps I will try to create stop motion videos, if there is no other solution to the issue.

App is not working perfectly. App crashes if I use target focus on video. When I upload files to my gdrive, the files are deleted and do not upload to gdrive. Multiple photos/ videos selection is not available.

Was good at first but then it started saying I needed permission for files to use the camera and it never worked. Once that issue was taken care of, I tried to take standard video and it kept saying error and kicked me from the app.

The device is deemed useless as I can't connect to it. It keeps saying Obtain the permissions of reading and writing photos and files on the device, for App to write/download/ save/read/modify/delete information such as pictures and files.

The app is gimicky. It works on a whim. No rhyme or reason. I have been getting a message- Sorry error, exit soon. Something like that. There is no resolution, no feedback on how I can fix this error. I want to return this gimbal and get my money back.

Just today purchased this gimbal but the main issue is theapp it doesn't record in 60fps only on 30fps even though my phone records in 60fps also the vlog section is worst it doesn't record or also if its get recorded it doesn't save the file then it shows error
