The app worked fine for me until update 4.2.2. But now when I try to save my photos & videos, it just creates an empty folder with the name that the file should have had, including the .jpg or .mp4 suffix. So now I can only use the desktop version, which in some ways is more limited. Hope they fix it soon. Incidentally I'd like to be able to switch off the black vignette that is put around the edge of the exports. I used to be able to but the option seems to have been removed.

The camera seems to do a good job, but through the app, it'd take 2-6 tries to transfer the videos to my phone over the dedicated wifi connection. I'd hoped the USB cable would allow direct connection, but it still seemed to go through the wifi. It took me basically the whole evening to finally get about 20 minutes of video transferred because the transfer would freeze, fail, or crash.

Qoocam Fun arrived from Qoocam store with battery dead. charged it untill red light went off. installed app in phone Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. connected phone. did not detect phone. tried uninstall and installing multiple times, didn't work. Again, charged it until red light went off but did not disconnect and kept it charging and connected to phone, it worked. battery shows 100%. Disconnected camera from charge while using camera, worked for a few seconds then disconnected from phone. help.

The app no longer exports images, it just makes an empty folder with an image name. If it helps anyone, the last version that exported properly for me was 4.1.1, which I had to find elsewhere and install. The app still won't connect to my QooCam unless WiFi is connected to the camera before the app is opened, even if the app sees the camera. This issue has been present for a very long time now, never fixed. Love the camera, hate the app.

It's a pretty good app even though it has alot self promotion in it for me to take it seriously. As an example, it won't work on Android tablets(the ones I use at least). I haven't tried my Ipad yet but at this stage (you have multiple cams with multiple apps) it should be a given for android tablet support.

Switching between shooting mode is sluggish. The sequence of shooting modes is also not ideal. I suggest to rearrange the sequence as Super HDR, DNG8, Photo, Time lapse, Video, Super Vlog, Live. Probably, Super HDR is the most powerful function of QooCam 8K thus it is also reasonable to set Super HDR as the default shooting mode.

Unable to export 360 images with its metadata !! When I export or share 360 image to Gallery, it doesn't play images in 360 sphere. Same thing in previous version is perfect. Don't tell that use different gallery app because I tried many of them & previous old images are working fine but captured by this app is not working !

I was having trouble connecting to the camera, but I finally found instructions on the Kandao website to tweak some settings. Would be nice if they were in-app. Otherwise, great app. It's an awesome tool, and the app has advanced very quickly and well
