Why does the app force me to change my shipping method to direct when on the website and webapp, a consolidation to my country is available? My other problem with the app is that I cannot close it with the back button like many other normal apps.

Horrible! I never received my package, and when I 6 to communicate with the agents,my calls went unanswered. I am afraid that j will never get my package delivered .If you use their services, don't be shocked if you have a horrible experience
