The app constantly crashes, struggles to connect to server. You can't go back a day or view any history. It clearly doesn't work, and it has been tried on different devices. Stay clear of this app and it's diabolical CCTV system.

The cctv interface works well on my galaxy s8 latest os , i can view all 4 of my cameras , i can search through dates and times . The problem i have is recording , if i record a 60 second video i can play it in the kv app , if i want to play it in my phone gallery it only plays 3 seconds , if i want to send the 60 second video through media ie whatapp or messanger it will only send 3 seconds Please advise me

Have had this app for 12 month now and it is working ok Can not get the alarm or fast forward to work though or would have give 5 stars. Asked if this can this be added at a cost? Told me they do not speak to users.
