I do like some of the features, but the location jumps around so if you set home boundaries it constantly sends notifications that my son has left home zone then enters, very annoying. Had to remove the zone to stop this. When I started subscription the functions all said they were in beta mode telling me the functionality may or may not work properly, not very comforting when you spend money on something to be told it may not work properly. Screentime, screenshot, lockdown feature is nice .

Good concept but kept crashing. Put this app on both of my daughter's phones and for a few days it worked wonderfully. After that, the app would crash and it blocked whitelist apps but allowed the blacklist apps to work or it would totally stop working on the kids phone and I couldn't lock it. I had to re-download the app a couple times until I just gave up and canceled my subscription.

Edit: Tell me this: what are your free features if nothing is blocked?Went from 4 stars to 1. Like too many companies they switched to removing ALL helpful features unless you pay. Now their "lock" allows access to EVERYTHING unless you pay. I've tried the trial, paying, and non-payment and all of them had big problems. Now that the basic features are taken away I have no sense of it improving so I am going to switch to a different app that can show that they back up their product. Sorry guys.

If I could give it zero rating I would. Had to get new bank card and forgot to update info for app to purchase monthly. Now you can't even do it anymore it's either a yearly subscription for $54 or $79 I guess for a lifetime. If app didn't have so many issues I'd do it but when the GPS jumps around so much when child is next to me it's an issue.

I loved this app until recently. After using this app for over a year on my kids iphones, it stopped working properly. But worse of all, Kidslox customer service is very poor. They insist that what they can see from their end, the app is working fine, as they dispute evey issue I listed in my email. And they've refused to refund me pro rata for the renewed 6 month premium subscription, charged just 4 days before I requested cancellation. The app is glitchy with iPhones; iconfixer no longer works to dowload to prevent rearranging apps; phones aren't going into lockdown mode although I set them to lockdown during bedtime schedule; it adds extra time left to each day beyond the limit I set; and it caused my kid's iPhone 8 to freeze up. We had to take it to the Apple store to get Kidslox completely wiped from it. It does not appear to be well optimized for iPhone. Again, and most importantly, they are very difficult to work with which is why I'm rating it a one star.

Hate it! Now that I've bought the app, nothing really works anymore because they want you to buy the next step of the app which is more expensive. It's very inconvenient if your child doesn't have good cell service where she's at you can't do anything with this app. It'll say your child's phone is not connected to Wi-Fi. Very disappointing that spend as much money and have no control still. Not only that it is not very iPhone friendly either!!! Honestly I'd rather just have my money back...

I love the simple, yet still informative layout. I love the daily reports I get more than any other I've tried. The stats are more detailed that most. I paired it with Bark for more extensive social media and chat monitoring. Both apps complement each other enough to cover everything I need. If your child is on Android on Verizon, the Smart Family app is better for making schedules. If not, the Kidslox scheduling is good enough, once you get the hang of it.

Doesn't do what it says. Mainly got this for the "telescope" feature. Constantly says "the phone isn't active", but I can hear my daughter on the phone with someone. I go to use the telescope feature, and it comes up with an error. The feature worked the day I paid for it, and hasn't worked since. Both phones are on the same wifi, and I've setup the device in question. I just paid for the service as well, I am going to attempt a refund, and go with another service.
