I played this game 10 years ago and got back into it a few months ago. It was exactly as I remember, and I put tens of hours into rebuilding my island. It was great until I cleared my cache in attempt to fix some graphics that weren't loading (as recommended on Popreach's FAQ). Everything on my island turned into black squares. I submitted a ticket to the support team and was only told the team is "currently working on all the issues." Unfortunately newer games are probably more worth your time.

It is impossible to progress without spending a lot of money. There are many tasks you must complete to progress (some timed), but there is no way of getting items needed without spending a lot of money on extra swords to search the jungle or buy gold. Some needed items don't exist at all, but the tasks can be bypassed with gold. Which you pretty much have to buy with real money, since it's very difficult to get in the game. I play this type of game a lot, and this is the worst I've seen.

This is the second game from popreach I have played for years. I was hoping Shipwrecked: Castaway island would not give the "Ben must be tinkering with the servers again. Please give us a few minutes and try again" pop up for days. I have tried all your methods you have shared: clear cache, force stop, uninstall nothing works. I would also like to know if there a way to access the quest lines that have expired due to lack of time and resources to complete.

Hi, I've contacted few times with same problem. I've tried several times to reinstall. Have same issues as before and other players have. Won't load..."Ben's tinkering". I had played the pioreach games years ago. Love them..until sane problem with each one. Won't load. After 2 years I thought the problem would have been dealt with. So came back to game. Lost all past info but ok now same problem! 3 star 2 next

It is not right that you force players to buy gold to complete some of the quest. It is too hard to keep swords and gold on hand. There should be other ways to obtain these items between level ups. All of my quest items are just dark squares. I can't tell what anything is. So far, Ithis game is not that great. I played this game several years ago and really enjoyed it. Now, it seems to be a scam. You can't advance unless you spend real money and the quest items and ports will not download.

This would be a better game, if, the makers would give more swords to accomplish the quests. The quests come at you soo fast, there's no way of earning more swords. Buildings take way too many steps to accomplish. It takes too many rocks to make stone. It would be a better game experience if these issues were addressed. Respectfully.

Constantly crashing and lot of waiting... Game unplayable as constantly crashing, figures and buildings not showing on screen and you're constantly waiting around. Difficult to make money or expand, unless you pay, of course! Will entertain you for 10 minutes a day, max. Then you'll have no hands or swords, money to do more. So if that's what you're after, then great. Otherwise, move on...

Had this previously and was so far and addicted and stopped cause I got so busy. Decided to redownload it and within 20 minutes the loading issues are out of control. Can't access the challenge and will not load. Black boxes are all over!!! No matter how many times I force stop and reopen! This wasn't popreach when I used to play.... This needs to be fixed!
