The app really should appear in Android share menu. In Google Photos, you can search for photos by person, object, etc., but you have to add the photos to an album to be able to find them later in the STEP Prints app. If you could "share" the photo to the STEP app it would be a much easier process.

It used to be really great but now clear photos come out grainy and discolored. You can only print a handful of photos before it overheats

I haven't used the device yet and only setup the app. Why does it require my location? YOU don't need my location and you won't get it. Zero stars if I could and I'll throw this right in the trash.

Works, well sometimes all I was doing was trying to print a picture but it was so so slow and telling me when something was wrong but it wasn't

App worked fine, now it crashes whenever I hit the print button. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and no change. --Update: still crashes when I try to print. This app was already trash compared to other Bluetooth printer apps I've used, but it's literally unusable. What am I supposed to do with the 50$+ printer I can't with because of y'all?

Decent app, even though it crashes on about 1 in 3 occassions when you try to add a frame to a photo (frames in general have a pretty long loading time). I would really appreciate favorite sections too, like a way to mark i.e. your favorite frames so you don't always have to scroll through the 300 options. It's great having so many options to pick from, but having to go through all of them completely unfiltered can be a bit much. Maybe add some more simple stickers too?

Printed fine once it started working. Quick start guide was useless. You do NOT need every permission or my precise location. App refused to work without them. Before printing I verified it was connected, and then hit print. The app then claimed I wasn't connected. I have never been more frustrated with an app. Neat device, but I'll keep this uninstalled until I need it again.

App is clunky, bug-adled, requires access to permissions it doesn't actually need, printed photo colour is abysmal (darkens everything), and worst of all it doesn't allow you to use the actual Zink brand paper (must be Kodak branded Zink paper). If you're reading app previews prior to purchase (something I wish I'd done), please save your money and avoid this printer. Saving a few dollars isn't actually worth it in this case.
