Performance is not good, when I click on back button app loads it's home page which is very disturbing. When viewing horoscope details and back action app hangs and loads default pages. Picture between different profiles were not getting refreshed faster each and every time I need to open the pictures twice by doing back action. Issue still persist, dev team should look into this app slowness, non sync operation and app crash issues ASAP instead of asking about screen recordings from users.

This is not user friendly and the chat support in the app was not at all user friendly since my keypad hides the text box in the chat so that i couldn't see what actually am typing in it.. i can see my text only after sending it .. make chat support as user friendly and to send the screenshots or any reference to the support person while communicating so that the employee can find the issue without any hazard..

It is not providing matches based on my preferences. Even in advanced search also, I can't find matches based on my preferences and also there is no option to select location. Then also it is not satisfying my criteria. Then most of the matches found here are with no photos and incompleteness. I feel iam disappointed in becoming premier member of Kongu matrimony. Then also i mailed them regarding my needs. But till now i didn't get reply. Very worst app..

Poor experience,, not as expected.. Same notification arrises every single time, after it has been declined infinity times... Would be nice if u improve the app and sort out the bug for the money you charge. (Simply Overrated).. U should give a trail pack before charging for 3months pack so that we won't lose our money:(

No proper assistance provided by the support team for searching a profile he simply asked me to log off and login, I logged of, when logging in as I forgot password I am logging in using OTP the app doesn't send OTP properly and asks me to try again after 1hour as max limit is reached for OTP login, I clicked forgot password button and entered my mobile number but the reset password link is not sent to me though the system says it has been sent. Worst service, very worst app.

False promises from the agent to get me membership. I used to receive 4 to 5 calls a day to take membership. After becoming paid member, No calls at all. Mobile app has lot of bugs. No one to address the issues i have. Ticket raised by me CBS14226324 was also closed by themselves without any resolution. After ten days when I contacted them again they are saying that an agent named Suthakar has already called me to close the ticket.

Simply worst worst worst. We never show like this app.99 %profiles are protected their number. What you are doing. Please refund my money please I don't want membership like this worst app. Please refundmoney. Cheating app. You are simply earning money from poor like us. It's not good. Please refund

They continuesly called u till u paid after paid they didn't call , finally they call one-week before the plan expire, and only some same profile only showing,No new updates, and most of profile s hidden there mobile no,and we can't contact them ,and if send sms r chat request means also no response, Because app didn't do notification about chat request s so no use , pls don't waste your hardly earn money .... there only intension money, money ,money....!
