The app works. We used to have frequent outages here in Del City. Actually, it was 5 houses that took the brunt and my house is in the middle. But I knew what was going on. I was notified (via app) on almost every step of progress or lack of progress. I had some peace of mind. It helped. I can pay my bill too. Kinda don't wanna but that option is there.

Every time I come on this site I have to put in my email address and password about 2 or 3 times and still have to pay extra because I use debt instead of credit I might as well go to a paysite at the local 7 elven because you still charge as well I thought by using this site its supposed to be beneficial for both parties I get a bill for 160 you charge about 3 dollars extra why is that help me understand??

14 times in a row the app timed out and crashed, and even when it thinks about working, most of the features don't work properly. With all those price increases, OG&E still can't afford a decent app.

Works good enough. Missing features of the mobile website. Such as paying via a saved bank account. I don't want to pay the fee charged for credit and debit payments.

An access code is requested that is not on the bill. Help shows you exactly where you won't see it. It doesn't exist. Still the same thing. And can't finish review, never been in the app. I just want to pay the bill easily, should be simple. This app sucks. Not worth the download. All lies about when the electricity will be repaired. We have great repair crews, cause the service sucks. So does the app.

This kept my payment from going through twice and made me late on my payment due to whatever issue there was. Never have an issue paying online but this caused me to be charged more due to it rejecting the payment. I will not be using this anymore, my time and money are to valuable to worry about my bill not being paid when I sent it through weeks in advance. Complete inconvenience.

App says my bill was paid on 3/7, money never came out of my account. App showed I was paid in full. Now a week later I'm being charged a late fee and have to submit payment again even though the payment I made on the 6th still shows up on the account.

Seems to work ok to pay bill and report outages but that appears to be all it is for. It doesn't show any kind of usage or account information at all. Hopefully they will update to include a little more information.
