I used to rate this 5 stars because it does work. I've ultimately cashed in over $100 in Amazon/Visa cards, earned from both the 20c per day passives and from installing/running apps. Unfortunately, both my Samsung phones have started freezing apps that are not actively used. When I realized s'more was no longer my lock screen, too much time had passed and they expired about $50 in points (it's policy, clearly in the FAQ). Horrible policy; user beware; I'm uninstalling out of frustration.

This app is a complete disaster and no longer works as advertised, plagued by scam ads claiming my device has a virus or has been hacked, and the 'charge' screen stays on, draining the battery. Support is worthless; finally got a response from "Krishan" epitomizing their awful service. I was informed my account was banned without explanation, citing "security purposes," and my account was permanently deleted without recourse, just a dismissive apology. Avoid at all costs.

Update: May 21st 2025. App has been telling me that there's "No internet" when my wifi is on and when I turn it off and use my data the error message won't go away so I uninstalled and reinstalled but won't let me log in. I can't view my points or redeem them. I dont understand what's going on

I just had to clear the data from the app and re-login to get my account to pop back up after this last update. Let me tell you, that was stressful! Otherwise, though, I think this app is very good for getting gift cards, and it's rarely ever intrusive. I will say once in a rare while I have to force stop the app to get short audio clips to stop playing from it, but generally within maybe 3 days I won't have to worry about it happening again for a long while.

I've used this app for a few years now, and I've had some problems with it. First off, all your points will disappear if you haven't used it for 30 days. Second, whenever you get a text, the lock screen stays on and never turns off, which drains your battery. Third, there's no way to stop this app from using mobile data when roaming. It used nearly 2 GIGABYTES of mobile data, and I don't have unlimited data.

The recent update is terrible imo. Definitely preferred the previous app. It's stopped giving me the daily "charging screen" points it updated, I might get them once a week, even though I have that turned on & it shows on my screen that is active when I plug it in... Also the "charge screen" is way too bright now & no way to change it on my phone... Don't appreciate being blinded & phone overheating. This isn't the first time that the apps updated & the app has gone wonky afterwards for a while.

I've been using this app for several years. I have a few suggestions for the new update. The lock screen is so bright! Even when i have my brightness turned all the way down like i do at night, the lock screen is almost all the way up. It hurts my eyes. Also my points have been taken from me everyday calling it "expiration". I don't understand.

I've had this app for over 5 years, back when it was called Slidejoy. App is trash at this point. Points don't get added correctly or even at all some times. Support is basically non existent. Even if the app crashes or has bugs, support basically says it's your fault and is no help. It can take a long time to earn points so when you just randomly lose points with no explanation it's frustrating. Not worth your time. I wish I could rate this app with negative stars.
