LearnBee helps you to engage your frontline team on learning. Have training sessions, team meetings, video calls or conferences? Engage the team with live quizzes, polls and content. Want to let the team take the training at their own pace and time? Deploy training in the ‘Any Time Training’ mode.

Everything is easy with LearnBee. Download the app and get started in a jiffy. Deploy content with the PC or an Android device with a few easy clicks. Share the training session ID to your users using any instant messaging service. Users can get online in a heartbeat and get engaged with your content.

EASY TO USE: CREATING LEARNING IS EASY:

Create a ‘Learning’ with the following details from your Android phone or the PC:
Title, instructions for user
Create cards with content, poll or quiz
Add a content card: Add documents (PDF), video (MP4), audio (MP3) or web links.
Add a quiz card: Add quiz question and possible answers. It can be a single choice or multiple choice question. Allocate points for the right answer. Set up a timer to answer the question if required.
Add a poll card: Add a poll card with question and multiple answer choices. These poll questions are clearly ear marked and do not have points associated with them.
After you create the cards, you can re-order the cards and create a ‘Learning’.
Working on multiple quiz cards for your Learning? You can save it on the draft and deploy it later.

LIVE QUIZZES: LEARNING ENGAGEMENT DURING MEETINGS:

You deploy a live quiz when you want to engage the team with your ‘Learning’ in a video meeting, live meeting, conference call or conference.

Deploy the ‘Learning’ in live quiz mode.
Share the ‘Session ID’ with your team members through email, instant messaging or any other channel.
The Quiz Master can deploy the quiz in ‘Fastest Finger First’ mode: The earlier the user answers the question right, the more points they get.
Users can download the app, login through an easy OTP process and get online. They can enter the ‘Session ID’. They can choose their favourite emoji to represent their personality.
Now, the Quiz Master can move the cards from their panel. The learners will see only the cards the quiz master will show.
After a quick set of instructions, the quiz master can show the cards with media, polls or quiz. The users can consume the media and respond to the polls. The users can see the time progress, if it is a timed question.
In between questions, the quiz master can show the ‘trends’ of answers for the question and the ‘Leaderboard’ live.
At the end of the session, the user can see their answer pattern and the leaderboard.

ANYTIME LEARNING:

If you want your team to learn at their own time and pace, deploy the content in the ‘Anytime Learning’ mode. You can:

Use all the functions available in the ‘Live Quiz mode, except the ‘Fastest Finger First’. Here the emphasis is on learning and responses, instead of speed.
Create and close a session at your convenience. Share the Session ID to the team to learn with the content.

ANALYTICS:
Get detailed analytics on the progress of your ‘Live Learning’ or ‘Anytime Learning’ session.
High level analytics in terms of users, points scored
Detailed analytics in terms of individual questions, responses and points can be downloaded as a Excel spreadsheet.
