Everything works perfect except one issue. When using the settings menu it doesn't let you turn off the welcome pattern. Not sure if that's a hardware issue since sourcing a good base product is nearly impossible So far I've found a decent ambient light and underglow but I'm open to the original if I can find it

Bought my first device and it worked properly. I could control lights effortlessly. But when I got my second device, scan and tried to connect to the app. Suddenly I lost access on the first on and couldn't connect the second one. Remote won't even work so I have to manually control it in the plug

like so many others on here I'm having issues with the Bluetooth connection. I've erased app and redownload, I've tried to connect direct and nothing. pretty much useless if I can't do anything with them aren't they! disappointed seeing as I took the time to install them since at one point they connected!

I have had this app for a 18 in 1 kit i bought for my car. it worked fine for almost 2 years until one of the latest updates. now half lights wont display the right color. the small strip stopped working completely and all of the floor lights stopped working.. i have checked the voltage on everything and everything is fine getting 12v or above. This tells me that it has to be a software issue with the app. I dont know how to fix this. i would have given 5 🌟 before the update ruined everything.

I bought a led auto stripe and it had that application to work with the mobile... As in a few days before it worked OK the application with a minor bugs... The last days it doesn't respond... The app is for the garbages...

If I could give it less than one star I would...This app just oesn't work, it won't connect to my phone at all and we've tried everything we can think of. Both my fiance and myself have tried it but with no luck. I'm starting to think it's just a rip off, the whole forum on the app itself is filled with people saying it doesn't work and it won't connect. Don't waste your money if you plan on doing any custom colors, you won't be able to get the app to connect.

Was fine for about a week, now the app won't connect to the light strip. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and wiped out the app data. Nothing seems to fix this and it won't resync. Still usable with the remote, but I can't do custom colors anymore. Do you know a way around this, does anyone?

Barely works. I have a bunch of these apps as I have a lot of lights, all have terrible reviews and none have I had any problems with.... until this one. You can change the colours, half of the presents don't work or do nothing and the customiser does literally nothing at all. Really bad app all round.
