pretty good app. does the basic features needed for charting. I've really only used this for colorwork and intarsia. cons: the app crashes at larger canvas sizes making it unusable for large images. the chart has square stitches, not accurately refecting the shape of knit stitches, so in order to make a good looking knit image I have to switch back and forth between the visualization and the chart.

Excellent, so easy and intuitive. I am old and not at all good with modern technology. Finally an app I can use! Simply find or make a picture, in the app you select the picture from your files and it turns it into a pattern. Resizing is easy, vyou just type in how many stitches and toes you need the design to be. You can do repeating patterns the same way. Then you can edit it, stitch by stitch or row by row just by clicking on it. There's so much lore to say but limited for space here. It's bri

Decent app but it's kinda bs to have to watch a 60 second ad just to have a larger pattern. 20x20 is too small for most projects. And if you decide you want to change it again you have to watch ANOTHER 60 SECOND AD! I was understanding for the first ad but after the second one it got too redundant. I'm not going to waste my time watching ad after ad just to potentially find the right size for my project

Honestly, I am obsessed with this app, it's free and easy to use. You can keep your patterns on your phone. In chart form for knitting on the go, the stitch preview is also helpful to make sure your patterns repeat nicely. I think the audition of perhaps more custom symbols to represent techniques. It is, however, a shame this app is unavailable on the apple app store, but that is an easy fix, surely? Amazing work, love the app.

Honestly love this app for crocheting tapestries. Simple and easy for me to use. I docked a star just because creating a chart from a picture can be finicky. The color palette isn't always accurate enough and so it feels like I'm fixing the design from scratch. But other than that I don't seem to have any other issues. I love the app and a one time pay for no ads was definitely worth it.

I'm trying to use this app to design a mosaic crochet blanket and this app is very hard to use for a large project. I like it for the most part. there could be more editing tools though so I can move stitch pixels easier rather than having to redo it. a 200x400 chart is really laggy and it keeps bugging out so I've stopped trying to have a big chart but when I'm done designing I'll really need a big chart. there's also a limit for how far you can zoom out and I don't like that

This app is very well designed, plus ads aren't too intrusive. Will probably upgrade as I like to support really useful apps, especially for crafters where they're often a pretty basic. Really makes charting for knits very accessible for even new knitters. I do have a question: how do I view a knit preview swatch for a chart I've made? It's always greyed out.

Absolutely just what I needed to easily go through the charting on complicated Fair Isle colorwork and lacework. Additionally, it makes very nice publish-worthy charts. Love the yarn color match ability, and the app overall has just what you need and nothing you don't - great simplicity. The ad version was great too, but I ended up paying the $6 or so to get the ads removed, since I think the app is well worth that. One improvement I'd like is the ability to chart cables as well, but great app!!
