I loved this game for a while: so many of the pictures were beautiful & extra coins are easy to earn if you're not worried about the huge amounts of data the ads use. However, randomly, my thousands of coins, my albums, & all my completed pictures are gone. I'll be deleting this app & downloading one of the MANY other options. ETA: LOL that you think I'd reinstall it. No. I'm done with ANY apps from this developer. Your "technical reasons" are not an excuse to take what I earned & not correct it

Update: thus used to be a really good app. There are too many bugs now and it keeps crashing. Don't download this, you'll regret it. Great destresser. I just with it wasn't so hard to get coins. I'm out of pictures and I can't buy another pack. This is the best cross stitch game out there as far as user friendly. If only they were still putting out free patterns now and then I wouldn't have to look for a new app

300 to 400 coins keep disappearing for no reason. you have to purchase 100 coins at a time, yet when my coins keep disappearing, I am unable to purchase a set in each category and the best ones are 5000 coins or more. I had to Uninstaller your other fame because it glitches and when I tapped on the letter from the bottom, I was unable to tap the letter in the picture. I uninstalled it and re installed it but it kept happening so I found this one and love playing.

really good cross stitch app. love the newest design change. sometimes, the design changes back to the original one. sometimes its random, but it mainly happens when opening the app through the notifications. also, sometimes squares on the right and left edges wont color in. I'll have to exit the design then open it again to fix it

Super fun and no issues! What would be nice to see is if you wanted to redo a picture (you can't right now) you could pay a certain amount of coins to redo and could redo it as many times as you want! My 10 year old loves unicorns and would love to be able to redo pictures of the unicorns (what would be cool would be if it gave the option of doing different colors too!) Other wise definitely one of my favorite apps to use! Love the VIP too! Thank you! ❤️

ive tried alerting the makers of the glitches in this app. Ive spent three months on this app. im more than frustrated. Edit: I Have contacted support, three times. the last time I did all they asked was if I had changed my device because of the problems I was having with this app. I did not get a response back after replying. No I will not go through this again. I was put off, and going back in to get this costumer service again is bs.

Please remove the ad in the middle of my game. It has an x, but the ad won't go away when I touch it. I'm uninstalling. Thankyou for your timely response. I reinstalled and now the ad's "x" responds to my touch. Thankyou!please add more free pictures. Only just completed first work, it's different to other apps I have as I'm unable to complete the section showing on my screen. the screen keeps moving about after completing a letter. I find tapping the same letter jumps the pattern about until the letter is completed then moving onto the next letter in the alphabet. still enjoyable
