Updated review: The app has been tweaked over the last few years that I've been a user. It's exactly what I need. I no longer notice any issues. I'm always able to do what I need when I log in. Original review (2022): Works for my needs. There are times when it glitches, but overall it's a handy app.

The app does not show any pertinent info. No data usage. No info on when my plan expired so I can plan to top up my data so it rolls over. It doesnt stay signed in. It's just a waste of memory. The app just got worse. It keeps crashing. It no longer shows the credit amount on your account or shows you plans you can purchase.

The app does not seem to be able to remember all the accounts I added. Oftentimes, I will add an account now then not be able to see it in the app minutes later. When I try to re-add these accounts, I get a mesaage saying that the account is already associated with an email address, and I'm like "YES. It is associated with MINE.". Please fix this - very irritating.

There is no option for ⅒ of a star, otherwise, this app would have gotten it. Randomly signing you out and preventing you from signing back in, not allowing for password reset, making it difficult to pay a bill online. Constant "Error" messages when you log in (successfully), that then logs you right back out. It's annoying TBH, when every single time, the issue presents itself.

This app would be great if it worked. 1. Very unreliable. Often unavailable showing system errors. 2. Can't show you charges irl only at the end of the month. 3. Lately, I can't see the data usage screen. On a whole, my experience as a postpaid customer with Flow St Kitts is terrible. Prices are ridiculously high considering what little you are getting and your data doesn't even rollover. Missing Digicel, a company I left after 20 years but have no desire to go back to once I am in SKN.

This was previously an okay app. I had warning when they did this sad update to the iOS version, but thought they'd take the feedback before rolling out on Android. Sadly, not the case. Your balance appears as $0 no matter what. You actually have to go as if topping up to see your true balance. You used to be able to send credit within the app. Somehow they decided that was too convenient and removed it. Currently it's as if someone decided the app was too good, and corrected that.

This app is terrible. Having been a Digicel customer, I could tell you, this app doesn't even come close to digicel. This app never showed me my data usage and it's been months since I've had it. Flow needs to at least see what digicel is doing and try and do better. I'm ready to switch back.

I'm yet to see the point of this app. The chat feature work but for some reason always disconnects while wanting on customer service, I don't see details on my account regarding billing nor anything else and the list goes on. It would be awesome if this app gets a large update to make it realistically useable. Like the idea but don't currently see it's use.
