This drone is the worst. I have taken pics & videos, there is a SD card on the drone. Yes,it's formatted to FAT32. However, the files do not download to the SD on the drone. Neither am I able to send the files from the app. The app gives the message "doesn't support" Ho, don't try to reach Snaptain; they don't have a number, nor do they respond to the email.

This thing was the worst thing I've ever worked with, my phones connection to it was a hassle, and the drone kept playing games with me shutting off an Finally turning on only to shut off again "by itself" i tried connecting it to all the devices for about 12 hours straight wasted so much time watching videos an such the drone was a pain an I'm not even gunna talk about the app it's very slow an keeps freezing.

Did everything to setup and flew without issue the first time. Second time I flew this sp7100, it took off and slammed right into a tree. Also unable to share the photos is a complete waste of time.

Drone Flys fine no toilet bowling or crazy movements but completely pointless if I can't do anything with the video. And it won't capture still photos. Makes the sound but non in gallery. Can't transfer or send the videos. Not worth 200$

The app is ok, but it is so crazy , for some reason i cannot save or move the pics or videos to my gallery, there is no option at all, nor can i send the pics to anywhere or any app or to google drivw, guess they will stay inside this app forever, what kind if crazy development this is?

My first time flying the drone today with my 6yo a son. I put it in beginner mode, told the drone to takeoff and it just kept going up. It did not respond to the return home command, and went WAY higher than the beginner parameters... My drone is lost forever!!!

The drone itself works great. No toilet bowl or anything but every time I try to upload or transfer pictures or videos from my drone to my phone it says error upload failed.

How can I share the videos with whats app or telegram? Every time I try it, whats app errors with unsupported file format. When trying to share by email, says 0 byts file ?
