Does not move forward past the rental agreement and times out. Also the icons on the map, visually indicated how full each station was, the new app doesn't. Why fix something that wasn't broken? Not happy with the new app as i haven't been able to use it on any bikes. If the kinks aren't ironed out, extend the date till end of summer for the old app. Called 3 times and keep getting the same response of someone will get back. It is now August 12th and more issue, sept 30, still same issues

Good for exercise... because you'll be walking from one station to the next with bikes shown to be available, only for a prompt to say "This bike is not available." when you try to scan them. 4 bikes in the docks, 2 shown available, 0 unlockable. I estimate it currently to have a 60% success rate in total. Worse when you get into a game of whac-a-mole with bikes appearing and disappearing in the stations all around you.

By far the worst version of this app yet. They took away the function where you can type in the code to the dock so you can release the bike that way. If the sticker is damaged, which it very frequently is, you can't take the bike out. It's unusable most times. I will not be renewing my subscription this year and if you're on the fence about it, don't waste your money on the membership.

Generally good. Once or twice needed refreshing for accurate numbers. App requests: 1. PLEASE allow more control over map filters: i.e., all open docks (when the bike is NOT out), all favourites (on the map). 2. Allow more detailed reporting of bike issues (chain repair, seat adjustment, handlebars, flat tire, etc. Overall, way better than before.

Good app. Suggestions to improve: add a way to find next 3 closest stations with available docks and a way to click on them to be able to navigate to them quickly using map app. Also, have either colour and/or shape markers to indicate when renting: e-bike available, c-bike available, or no bike available. When currently renting: dock not available, < n docks available, n docks available, > n docks available, where n represents how many bikes you've rented. Shape markers are for colorblind ppl.

Since they moved under Tangerine the entire service became worse and worse. If you are not downtown Toronto, good luck finding a bike available. Maybe you can find a station with only 1 bike available but by the time you get there it's taken or the stickers with the codes are damaged. Before you were able to unlock a bike using the dock pad but not anymore unfortunately. If you can find an electric one is almost out of battery and useless but they will charge you anyway as fully functional.

Very much useless app and service if you can't rent anything with it. I scanned and manually entered numbers for three bikes at a station, and all I got was "We apologize, something went wrong. Try again." All the bikes showed available, and I paid for one time subscription. I wish you all the worst with such unreliablilty.

I don't know where else to really say this but this app sucks. It's constantly saying that my account has been suspended even though I have paid everything. The app is not good at picking up how many bikes are at a station, not to mention there almost never any bikes in any of the surrounding areas near me. There's no indication on the app either that if you're taking out an e-bike that you're going to be paying extra per minute. Watch out for that. Started out good turned into a scam quick
